After more phone calls to the office we had to draft in friends to collect the rest of our team from standing in the cold after Panther Cabs let us all down. Our of 5 cabs, 2 turned up very late and 3 not at all, so so poor. I will not use Panther Cabs again following how poor the service has been. Really poor Panther!!!

Completely unreliable taxi firm. Taxi booked evening before…read morefor 8:30am pick up next day. Taxi never turned up. Attempted to call PDQ numerous times but unable to get through. Finally managed at 09:15 to be told that the taxi driver was running late and they had sent a text message (never received!). This is not the first time this has happened with PDQ. if a taxi firm cannot be reliable and on time what is the purpose? There are plenty of other taxi firms available in Colchester!
