She accused me of not providing all of our tax documents, when she literally had our 2024 tax return for reference and she did have everything needed to do our taxes correctly. Turns out it was a software issue that did not carryover our information from the previous year. Once the problem was resolved, She actually refused to speak with me and had me speak with another employee to get our tax returns amended. We are getting letters from the IRS stating we owe money. I have to now deal with the IRS because of the incompetence of Wynell Martinez. I can't believe we paid $500 for her service. Will never go back and will never refer her to anyone again.

The process of doing my taxes was complicated by another accountant using my accountants desk for at least 20 minutes . The little lady that did my taxes was probably 80+.
