I understand it's a busy time with the holiday and the whole pandemic situation. I wasn't trying to be rude and I apologized before hand. I wasn't asking for a discount or more time. I asked if an upgrade could be made. I was told no discount, no upgrade, and it was being picked up tomorrow as if that's suppose to mean something to me. I have my nieces & nephews today not tomorrow. Plus, I don't care for another day, my children don't have the day off tomorrow from school. The school they attend is using Monday as a make up day for the schools days missed.

The Jump Around crew arrived early, made sure everything was anchored down and working properly before they left. Everyone was friendly and polite. Received many compliments from the kids and parents. Would do business with again.
