This store is very similar to a Macy's but 1/4 the size. I kept thinking I was missing an entire floor but realized it's just small. One thing I noticed is the limited stock. Some items had one or two available, it was hard to find employees and even determine who worked there. Prices are high, my assumption is they are marked up in order for 25-60% off signs to be put up. A simple beach towel was $60 with 65% off- which is what I would normally pay. Overall this store is over priced for the same items you can get anywhere else. In a pinch you can find something but it didn't seem worth it.

In addition when I tried to call the customer service number for Belk, it kept hanging up on me. So I tried to call the manager at the store and and it kept going to a message that said that Number is not picking up. There is not an option at either number to leave a message to have someone call me back. This is horrific customer service. I understand that technology can sometimes be an issue, but I should've known that before shopping and standing in line to purchase items. And then I should be able to speak with someone in customer service at some point!

This outlet truly has endless, high-quality pieces for a lot less than what you'd pay at a regular department store. The store is always neat and well organized, with a great selection of shoes and clothing. I honestly can't count how many pieces I've picked up over the years. I like to get there as soon as they open so I can take my time browsing before it gets crowded--you can really look around and not feel rushed. I learned my lesson once when I saw something and thought, "Maybe next time." There was no next time, lol. Things move fast here, and the inventory is constantly changing. I recently grabbed a pajama set from here for a trip, and everyone loves them. They were super cute, only $14.99, and when I tell you they are comfortable--I love them! I've gotten tops, shoes, dresses... you name it. I also really like their selection of bathing suits. If you're a bit top-heavy, it might not be the best fit since they sometimes forget about those of us with a little more up top (lol), but the colors are vibrant and fun. The shoe section is one of my favorites as well. We brought our mom one time, and she walked out with 10 pairs of shoes for under $150--yes, seriously! And these were quality, name-brand shoes. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I'd definitely recommend setting aside at least two hours so you can take your time and really go through the store.
