Honestly, it was underwhelming. For the price (adults pay too!), there wasn't much to do, and I felt the Trolls experience I went to before was way better. The layout could really use an upgrade, more slides, swings, a ball pit, climbing areas, basically something creative and interactive for the kids that keeps them entertained. Right now, it felt like wasted space. We made the best of it, but I wouldn't recommend the Bluey experience specifically. That said, Camp itself is still awesome. The kids loved the slime activity we paid extra for, and we got some fun toys while there. I'm curious to try other experiences in the future, because if they put as much thought into them as the Trolls one, I'm sure they'll be amazing!

Decided to visit during our Philadelphia mini-vacay with our Bluey-obsessed daughter…read more We went mid-week in the late morning in an effort to avoid crowds and it seemed to work. You enter in the main area/store. There are lots of toys and items available for purchase, as well as play and coloring tables if you need to pass time before or after your visit. We arrived around 10:25am for our 11am visit and they were able to fit us into the 10:30 slot. There were about seven (7) other children in the group, alongwith about ten (10) adults. The group is then taken into the Bluey House/Play areas. You spend a total of about 40 minutes in the House/Play area which consists of free-roam/play as well as some organized group activities such as a dance party and a story time. There are lots of rooms in the house including a main play area, kitchen, living room, bedroom and slide/lounge room. Toward the end of your 40-minute allotment, you will invited into a "Secret Party" with the rest of your group. You will then go into another room where you get to meet Bluey and Bingo! You are free to take your own photos or have the staff there take photos (using your device) for you. After, you are done, you exit back into the main area. The staff throughout the experience were excellent. They were very friendly and patient with all of the children (and adults) and did a great job in all of the activities. Now admission prices range from $24-29 per person depending on the day you visit (weekends are $29). I do agree with many other reviewers saying that this activities would be more appropriately priced at around $20. Luckily, there are always promotion/coupon codes available around the internet. Simply Googling Camp Bluey Philadelphia Promo Code will result in a few options...of which one should work for around 10-15% off...on average. For those affected, the entire experience is all on one leveled floor...there are no stairs or elevations within the experience space...except for the (optional) area containing a slide. Park in the mall's Blue Parking Lot for closer access to the Camp Store.

Something felt off with the total so I reviewed my receipt immediately upon exiting the store and I caught the error. I immediately went back in and showed the cashier my receipt and the price tag on the item and requested I be charged what was marked on the price tag. The cashier went and checked with someone in the back whom I assume was a manager of sorts. I was told that the prices were put on earlier today and that the "new" employee must have marked it wrong so they would not honor the price tag. I am so confused and shocked. I cannot believe a company would pass along their admitted error to the consumer? Not to mention, a violation of the weights and measurements regulations in PA, and throwing their new employee under the bus to boot? Terrible, short-sighted business practice. I am local to Bryn Mawr with 4 young children, and this was my go to for children's gifts for all occasions. I will never shop here again.

Yes I know there is plenty online but I'm pretty old skool when it comes to toys, I like it better shopping in a brick and mortar stores. I found it amusing to touch the toy before buying them. After promised my little girl her toys, I went yelping. Didn't find anything nice until scrolling thru pages. Lucky Duck toys stands out the most, especially with the playhouse that was in store. The moment we enter Lucky Ducks, we were welcome warmly, the ladies at the cashier were super friendly. My daughter couldn't decide what she wants so we were at each aisle over and over again lol. You know the best part? Bet every parent experience this. The ladies that worked there, didn't have any annoying look or smirks or anything like that. I would definitely go back there. P.s. No private parking, there are meter street parking. The in store playhouse is closed bc of the pandemic.

Lance is a wealth of knowledge and so accommodating of our multitude of questions. Go Fish has an awesome array of fish, including some we've never seen or heard of! Lance spent time showing us the dinosaur fish and explaining the purpose of each of the different plant life and driftwood he had in stock. We are absolutely thrilled with our first 2 fish and can't wait to head back in a week to continue stocking our new tank. While I am not sure of the going rate for fish, the prices seemed extremely reasonable. If that doesn't tell you what a valuable experience we had, and how thrilled we are with our new fish, I don't know what will!! Thank you guys for great service, selection and value!

I went into this store for the first time, seeking any advice and expecting to probably get blown off. Petsmart fish staff pointed me to an aisle and said "something in there should help." The owner's knowledge is extensive and his care and concern for our little Betta fish was almost unbelievable. He gave me thorough instructions and asked me how much I wanted to spend. Then he started grabbing plants out of his elaborate tanks and threw in some tiny fish for FREE. I wish he owned every single store that I shop in!

I visited the Norristown store after a visit to Elmwood Park Zoo, because it was conveniently next to Harbor Freight, where I had an errand. The store itself is clearly a high volume location for sales. People were in and out, nonstop purchases going on at the registers. You could tell the shelves were well maintained, because stock was supplied, though rapidly depleting due to the volume of customers. I did not see boxes everywhere like I do in other DTs where the staff hasn't finished putting things out, and takes their time about it. In fact, I saw new season merch on the shelves in this store, which I did not see in other stores for another couple weeks. Kudos for that. I also saw a number of unusual products available here (better and/or different versions/styles of standard items), none of which were available at any of the 3 DT stores I have visited since. It is always a sign of a good store when they carry more variety. That said, my checkout experience was a nightmare, and was totally unacceptable. Just as I've never seen this store's superior merch elsewhere, I have also never experienced such exceptionally miserable treatment at checkout, where I am going to PAY for my purchases. The lines were taking forever, and meanwhile my toddler was starting to fuss, ready for a nap after his long day. The cashiers were milling around in front, watching this insanely long line form, and very slowly get processed. After I'd waited 5 minutes, I was finally next, but the person before me still had a cartful of items to go. Just then, an associate appeared at the other register. I asked her if she was opening a line? Yes. So I got moving my stroller around to the other lane. The woman behind me pushed past me, aggressing to get at the other register. Ew! I am the one who bothered to ask about the line, she hears it, and then runs over me like a jerk. I was surprised that the DT cashier did nothing to ask the other customer to be fair. I have often seen cashiers (decent ones) politely remind pushy individuals of their manners, "Excuse me, but this customer was next." But that will not be happening at the Norristown DT store. They really don't care. So not only did the rude senior bust in front of me, almost tripping on my stroller as she passed, but when I said, "I'm sorry, but I was next. I have a fussy toddler and I'm trying to get out of here," she had the narcissistic belligerence to retort (in the nastiest of voices), "I have fewer items than you!" Then anchored herself there like a thug. WHAT? Her 6 items beat my 7, so she gets to skip the line on me? #1 I was first, and #2 I'm trying to get a fussing toddler out of public earshot as a courtesy to others. But selfish seniors get to go first. Me! Me! Me! Wow. That's all I can say. Narcissistic Personality Disorder, and way too old to be acting that way. DT staff stood by watching, because who cares? As mentioned, the store was great in terms of stock, and they had a great variety, which would normally draw me back for tons more business. But after the apathy of the store staff, and the insanely rude behavior of other customers, I couldn't go back without a bad case of PTSD just to enter the door!
