I had some questions and talked to Aaron, who was very helpful and explained things so I could understand them. Sadly, our buyers hired a clueless inspector who claim to be educated, but wasn't nor could he write accurate reports. Red flags: poorly written reports looking like cut and paste, misspellings, not knowing how to find basic things in your home, not knowing how to use GFCI, having to call you to ask how to get the electrical cover off (funny), not knowing how to turn on an ice maker, etc. The next time we need a home inspection, we will again contact Home Standards and know that we will be secure in the findings. Also, I recommend you hire them BEFORE you list your home, so you know what/if any repairs should be made to get it out of the way, then the appraisal should go smoothly to closing. Also, then the buyers won't need to hire their own (who could be a "hack."). We learned the hard way 2nd time around as sellers. In this day and age it's sometimes hard to find honest and reliable services, but Steve and his team have our full confidence. They actually know their way around a home and how to write a clear and accurate report...kudos!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! HIRE SOMEONE ELSE!!!…read more I couldn't be more DISAPPOINTED in the INSUFFICIENT inspection that was done by Jeff. This was the absolute WORST inspection I've ever seen in my life. Jeff was hired by my real estate agent to provide an inspection on a 7 unit apartment complex that I recently purchased. Jeff actually charged me $1,000 for this lousy inspection. NOT WORTH IT!!! When you hire a home inspector, you expect them to have some integrity and to thoroughly inspect your property. Well, neither happened with Jeff and "Titan Inspection Services". VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! First of all, Jeff only checked 6 out of the 7 units. For some reason Jeff said he was unable to go into one of the units because the tenant had dogs. The COC inspector performed his inspection at the same exact time as Jeff and was able to check all 7 units with no problem. When it comes to the 6 units Jeff actually inspected, (if you want to actually call it an inspection) Jeff just turned on the facets in the kitchens and the bathrooms and made sure all the toilets flushed. And that's it!!! Jeff did not check any of the appliances or the window air conditioners. Jeff did not check any of the cabinets, drawers or closet doors. Jeff did not check the boiler or the heating system. Jeff had nothing in the inspection in regards to the walls, ceilings, or floors of the units. Jeff gave us his word that he would come back and check the last unit on a different day because the tenant left and he was afraid of her dogs. My real estate agent contacted Jeff and asked for his availability to come back and check the last unit. My real estate agent and Jeff agreed on a date that would work for all of us. The seller of the apartment gave the tenant a 24 hour notice, letting her know that another inspection would be performed on her unit however, a couple hours before the scheduled inspection, Jeff canceled stating that he was double booked and could not make it. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! We had no more time left for our inspection period, so we never got the last unit inspected. So far, we've found more than one unit with broken closet doors and cabinets that were not in Jeff's inspection report. We haven't closed yet so we haven't been able to get in and thoroughly check everything else in the complex. We expect to find more surprises that we're not found or checked by Jeff. All the inspections that I've had in the past were 10 times more thorough than the inspection Jeff provided. Jeff and Titan Inspections should be ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES!!! I would NEVER HIRE this guy in the future and I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! HIRE SOMEONE ELSE!!!

At the Loft we were referred to Lee Douglas, "if you love us, step next door to our sister company and be amazed". So we walked around the corner and into an amazingly well set up space. Usually furniture stores are wide open spaces with scads of couches, chairs etc that one has to pull their creativity together. At Lee Douglas they stage furniture that provides a homey comfort feel. The furniture is beautiful and unique. Clients do have the opportunity to customize with the wide variety of fabrics, colors and they have wallpaper. The real gem is with Brenda!! She was fabulous!! She has a warm greeting meeting us as we walked in. Asked great questions and shared some wonderful guidance. The only reason this is not a 5 star rating is that we haven't actually purchased anything yet to assess the quality after some use. However I wouldn't hesitate to buy my next piece from them! Only after further investigation did I find that this company is known for its crooked dealings. Many people in the community have had issues and they all say the same thing, never again. But by then it's too late. They have the customers money, the damage is done, and now the customers have to shell out more money to a reputable company to actually get the job done correctly. I returned the tub and got a new one the next day. I called and got another appointment scheduled to hook up the tub. They finally showed up, but they couldn't do much because he said he burned up his saw on another job. they did very little to the drain and left. I called for another appointment. They did come the next day. My tub is jetted and they told me that the outlet was placed on the wrong wall and couldn't finish. That day, I had the outlet moved, ready for them to come back and finish the water pipes to the shower and faucet. I tried calling numerous times on 2 days for an appointment. They would not answer my calls nor call me back. Now my son and I are going to have to finish this job on our own. If I could give no stars, I would. Beware of this company. After talking with others about Holling, I have learned that they are not reputable and I definately should have talked to more people before hiring them.
