My communication with Kristina Rost started a long time before she started working on my L1 visa…read more For more than half of the year I was asking her many questions to get the understanding of all the processes which I will have to face in the future. Kristina was answering patiently and thoroughly to all of them and she definitely helped me a lot. Preliminary consultations were free, and when I decided to sign a contract with Kristina's firm, the first payment was made only after my first documents were ready. Then for four months I was sending a huge amount of documents for the visa and was receiving comments and additional questions from Emily Pierce. Finally, the documents were ready and were sent to the immigration service. It was a big surprise to get an approval of my petition only after three days after submission and get a visa for two years instead of one. I believe that it is the result of high professionalism and big practical experience of Kristina Rost and Emily Pierce. Correctly and precisely made petition was persuasive and characterized me from my best side for my business. I am very thankful I highly recommend Kristina and Emily as best attorneys. Anna C.

In 2012 I was in urgent need of an immigration attorney in the Boston area. I was so impressed with…read morethe favorable reviews regarding attorney Kristina Rost that I phoned her office. Now, after many months as her client, I find myself in the position of writing my own review. Contacting attorney Rost was the beginning of an incredible journey together. As my immigration case was a complicated one it required months of hard work and collaboration. Kristina's rapid responses to my questions as well as her sincere and compassionate concern for my welfare were very much appreciated. I can truthfully say attorney Rost was not only very professional, efficient and effective but also uniquely creative in finding a way to bring my case to a successful conclusion. This included an H1-B visa. I most highly recommend attorney Kristina Rost. Kristina and her support team are simply the finest! I can't imagine a more wonderful legal experience during a very stressful time in my life and I bless the day I made the initial call to Maged & Rost. According to the rating system I can only award Kristina five stars but in reality she earned ten!

Jan Albrecht is an excellent immigration layer who helped my wife and I get our green cards…read more He is very professional and always gave us clear guidance on how and when to prepare immigration documents. He is excellent at answering any questions we have along the process. We're also impressed by how he's actively tracking immigration schedule (like visa bulletin) and kept reminding us what to do in different phases. We're also very lucky to have him with us during our green card interview. Everything went so smoothly! What impressed us more was : after the interview our priority date was not current yet, so our case had been sent back to one of immigration office and we had to wait for our priority date to be current before our case could be processed. As far as I know, usually it will take at least several weeks for our case to be processed again after our priority date is current. But Jan sent out a letter to immigration officer and right after our priority date went current and we received our case get processed and approved within a week! We truly appreciate his proficiency! I will not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs an immigration layer!

I'm a real estate investor. I called Attorney John Pulgini in February of this year in search of a…read morereal estate attorney that has experience working with investors. I had interviewed several attorneys, but wanted someone local who knew the market. He assured me he's worked with many investors & developers and could represent me on the deal. I didn't have the deal I was working on locked up under contract, which was my first mistake. I informed him I had a verbal to purchase a property off market and below market value. I was working on the purchase and sale agreement with the seller, and needed his firm's help with drafting the P&S agreement. He said no problem, and assured me everything we discussed was confidential, would not be shared with anyone and subject to attorney client confidentiality. I sent him over the documentation, property address, draft of the P&S etc. My verbal agreement with the seller was to purchase the property for $475K. Pulgini said he'd get back to me within 24 hours. Well, 3 days go by and no answer from John or his office. When I reached out to him he ignored my phone calls and emails. Finally he has one of his associate attorney's, Kathleen Avitable, get back in touch with me. She strung me along for a few more days, saying that they were still drafting the P&S they were supposed to have returned to me 3 days ago. Turns out Puglini knew the seller of the property. What I suspect happened is he went to the seller and told them he could give them more money for the property. Two weeks later I see the same property I was going to purchase for $475K listed on the MLS for $675K. The property has sat on the market for 2 months because they priced it too high, as of 5/21/18, it's listed at $615K, don't believe me look up the property address: 127 Dana Avenue, Hyde Park MA 02136. I wouldn't trust this "attorney" with a 10 foot pole. If he can do this to me, he can and will do this to anyone. Unethical to say the least. Lesson learned.
