Once I was on one and it glitched on me going from 3.6 speed to 6! Anyway, if that wasn't enough there's virtually no space and you may bump into people on equipment (dangerous). The locker room smells and the classes are always full. Sure if you want a lesser expensive gym w a sauna, maybe you could forgive all of those issues, but for me it's just not it. I will say the customer service is phenomenal. Everyone who works there surely make up for the lackluster gym experience.

It's surprisingly larger inside than it looks from the outside, and the front end of the gym features large windows that let in a ton of great natural light. The locker room layout is very practical, one side is dedicated to lockers, another to toilets, and the third to showers. I did notice a couple of damaged lockers, and the handicap shower is missing its handheld showerhead (which really should be fixed for those who rely on that accessibility option). The staff I interacted with were friendly, and it was great to see them connecting with the gym regulars. They were also actively cleaning and restocking while I was working out, which is always a huge plus. During this visit, I didn't come across a single broken machine while using the elliptical, dumbbells, cable strength machines, and leg press. Pro-tip: The ceiling fans here are incredibly powerful! If you want a strong breeze during your cardio, pick a machine right underneath one. If not, definitely choose one a little further away. Overall, the location is clean and well-maintained. That team member told me she would cancel the membership and I will be all set. I was never told I needed to fill out any form of any kind. Fast forward to this month of June 2026 I attempted to re-join only to find out I have an outstanding balance due from recurring monthly fees and late charges that should not have been goin on. Now they are telling me I have to pay the arrears in order to make my account current so I can workout. The most they are offering is to waive the late fees and I pay the last two months membership fees that I should never have. I didn't even mention all the ongoing membership fees they've been drafting since I canceled but they also are not considering that. (perhaps I should pursue that through my bank) I tried to escalate by reaching out to corporate Member Services by email but that deadened with a return email saying to contact my local club management because they are franchise owned. It looks to me like they are willing to lose out on me making continuous monthly payments over a two months balance that I should not have to begin with all because of their team member not doing their job. Not my fault, I am just a customer. I will say this, I WILL NOT pay for someone else's mistake and those fees will NEVER be paid. Send it to collections and wait for it to disappear. Seriously.

I finally tried aerial yoga and the intro class with Karen was great. The studio is clean and…read moreroomy. Karen was extremely nice and was helpful by giving the few of us that arrived early the opportunity to get our nerves down and let us know what to expect. That one-on-one time with her was unexpected but very welcoming. She even brought in peppermint essential oil to help us with any potential motion sickness. The class had its moments where poses were a little difficult, but we encouraged one another and Karens support made a difference. There were poses that came effortlessly as well and overall it was a great experience. There was a group of friends there that enjoyed the experience and although the studio is not close by, I'll be inviting some friends to join me for the class in the near future.

I was BLOWN AWAY!!! Upon entering this 24/7 gym (another awesome perk!), I was immediately greeted with a huge smile and HELLO by one of the owners. He introduced himself and pointed to his co-owner wife, Florence, who was working out. I waved to her as I toured the gym. I felt at home immediately!! They were so welcoming, friendly and super helpful! This "true gym" has everything you need from cardio equipment to the real deal tools to build your body for personal satisfaction or if you're competing. There is wide variety of weights to build muscle whether you occasionally workout or are a serious body builder. They even have a POSE room! If you're within 30-45 mins of this gym, this is the place for you. I was thoroughly impressed. They also have inspirational quotes on the walls to keep you motivated! EXCELLENCE!

If anything, I probably appreciate them even more now. Fitness Together is truly so much more than just a gym. The trainers actually know you, care about your goals, and genuinely want to see you improve. I have never felt like just another client being shuffled in, worked out, and sent on my way so they can get the next person through the door. There is a real investment in each person who walks into the studio... and you can feel it. Devin has created an incredible team and environment. Everyone knows your name, asks how you're doing, and somehow remembers random details about your life... even if you've never actually trained with them. And of course, a special shoutout to Julianne, who has become such an important part of my fitness journey. She knows exactly when to push me, when to modify something, and when to politely ignore my dramatic complaining and make me finish the set anyway. She has helped me become stronger and more confident... and even helped me train my way to completing my first half marathon! My primary trainer, Asya, balances a "let's get work done" approach with the need to address my strengths and weaknesses, and all with an approach and attitude that makes me look forward to going to the gym. All the trainers have been terrific and unlike other facilities trainer turnover is quite low, which speaks to the overall quality management of the gym.

Getting an unlimited membership is the best way to 'lock-in' to see those changes to your body and to get better access to the classes you want. Cons: I really wish the more experienced instructors taught some of the early morning classes (6am or 7am), especially for the 1.5 level.
