After one PAINFUL treatment, I was told to expect results but I needed AT LEAST four for best results. How about NO RESULTS!! A waste of money and time. Not worth either. Coors bypass location review. To begin with; I am not overweight, I just wanted to tighten firm and lose belly fat after 3 c sections and peri menopause. The fat melting and sculpting did not work at all. The machine kept falling off during treatment and the staff was not attentive nor knowledgeable during treatment. There salesperson was knowledgeable but as for the treatment and equipment it was not worth the $6000.00 that I spent. I did not lose inches at all. They failed to measure me and keep a journal of my success. I measured myself. I feel that the entire experience was a waste of money and time. I hope others can provide positive reviews. But to pay $6k for an inch to come off your skin for one part of your body is not worth it, could have done two areas and had the fat sucked out for less. I feel like I wasted my money. I went in to get rid of fat around my waist and to improve the skin texture on my stomach. The results were very minimal and my skin texture looks the same. After the 6,000 was spent and now in debt because I used care credit, my minimal results now are gone and it hasn't even been a year. I'm back to where I first started the treatments in May 2025, less than a year but still trying to pay the debt off. I could have spent that money on something where I actually got something from. It was still recommended I continue treatments and spend even more money . My waist measurement was basically the same at my last treatment. For me a better option would have been to start with diet and exercise. Way Way overpriced to me for no lasting results. It all starts with diet and exercise and if you can't get that right first or you want to continue paying for the rest of your life, so not with it for me. Financial lesson learned . read more

Office experience is horrible because Dave doesn't believe in returning phone calls. Baffled by this, as the procedure I'm requesting is not cheap. I will start by saying that the staff here have really great attitudes and seem like they really care about you. They continually checked in to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of. I am pretty sure that the treatments I received worked, as my clothes did not feel as tight as they were before my treatments. Now for the not so nice stuff. I was told, upon taking my final pictures and measurements that I would be provided the before and after pictures and measurements within 4 to 5 days of my final visit. It has now been almost 3 weeks, and I have still not received anything, even after several reminders to the staff. Not real great customer service, and the all-time pain in the ___ was that no-one told me they did not take checks for the service, so I had to run to the bank to get cash, or I could have used the credit card, but the services would have cost an additional $500. This is the patient's wife and I am a nurse. I went to the initial meeting with the doctor and my husband's final visit. They did pictures, measurements and the InBody scan which I have had done many times myself. The scan usually provides a print out with a lot of different numbers for comparison. They did verbally tell him a few things- what his measurements were before and after (but we had to calculate ourselves), what his basal metabolic rate was but nothing was provided in writing. To me his "after" numbers sounded like the measurements I got before his treatment but I did not have them on me to compare. They seem very interested in taking your money but don't want to provide anything in writing for comparison before and after, including the pictures. We also asked for this information in writing and have not been provided anything. We have been very frustrated and beyond patient. read more

I know a friend who disputed charges from this place because the service did not work and she found out the guy edited her photos to make her think she'd lost weight but she really hadn't. And when the guy found out she was disputing charges with her card company, he started sending harassing text messages and blowing up her phone insulting her and everything. I can't speak to the service, but I don't think anybody should be doing business with a business owner who behaves in that manner and attacks customers. read more

The staff here are absolutely amazing. They have great attitudes and sunny dispositions. They check in with you to see if you are comfortable and taken care of so you're not just alone. Snakes, ghetto and beyond unprofessional. I wish I could give them zero stars. Not what I expected at all. Aaron was all over the place. Hardly talked about my health goals and mainly talked about others and their goals and showed us videos on YouTube of unrelated things. Hand wrote my meal plan that was not even legible. I paid the first months payment and decided I needed to cancel because the place was so unprofessional I was not comfortable continuing my journey with them. I emailed them and received almost rude and passive aggressive emails back. I asked for my one months payment back as I only met with Aaron one time and they refused to give it back. Not sure how a business can stomach keeping someone's hard earned money for nothing. It's truly disgusting. I was rushed into everything even having to purchase supplements that I didn't know was part of deal. Talk about some snake shady salesmen. This place is disgusting and very disappointing! I am sad to say this just didn't work for me. I was immediately reached out to for an initial consultation (very impressive), which Aaron did, and he took a decent amount of time explaining how it works. After being assigned my coach (AA) things started to go downhill. I truly feel that my experience was mostly due to the coach that I was assigned and that results other people experienced were because they had different coaches assigned. The first week they do your measurements, discuss your goals and set a meal plan. I was on the plan that has you meet once a week and they provide you a personalized meal plan to follow for the week. The meal plan was in my opinion not very personalized. But here are just a few things that just really spoke to low level of professionalism...it was just kind of "ghetto": 1) The first week my assigned person didn't have their computer and did everything on their phone (yep). I understand...sometimes you forget your computer. 2) The second week there was no excuse and the person also did everything on their phone...really? This is what I was paying $50 per week? 3) She agreed to send me a liquid diet since I was having dental surgery--that never happened. 4) An excuse about not being able to answer my request for what was missing on a recipe. Not an apology. And to make things worse the request was never fulfilled. 5) Focusing on how some of the foods I had eaten had caused me to retain water...but then telling me I was dehydrated based on the body fat analysis machine..but then telling me I was swollen and retaining water. So, what was it really? Then hyperfocusing on my sodium intake for the duration of the appointment instead. 6) Telling me I could "add flavor to anything really"...didn't I know? 7) She kept recommending options as snacks that I literally told her many times I couldn't eat because of my braces. Some moments where I thought it would get better: 1) We discussed a few things that didn't work and she increased my snack options. Yay! 2) She adjusted my morning smoothie recipe to make it more palatable. 3) She let me look through a packet of recipes and pick a few out to try for dinner/lunch. But honestly it all felt haphazard and disorganized--sooo disorganized. I had to take a picture of the recipes with my phone instead of her adding them to my meal plan email. What I needed was someone to help me stay on track and package a personalized meal plan to me and something sustainable. $200 wasted. The meal plans that Aaron showed me seemed to be what I wanted but what I received from my coach was not up to par. Also, when I asked to speak to management to let them know my reasons for cancelling they didn't call me back. I would recommend choosing a coach with credentials if you try this service. read more

There's another review that is virtually identical to my experience-bet we had the same "trainer". I did the consultation with Aaron and, after I signed a SIX MONTH contract, I found out he wasn't my trainer-some other woman was. A real bait and switch. I met with her and it took almost a week to get the "meal plan"-she mistyped my email and either wouldn't return calls or the receptionist wasn't giving them to her. At $40+ per week, I shouldn't have been charged! And the "meal plans"-what Aaron showed me were actual meals with recipes and variety. Mine were x ounces of protein, cup of vegetables, tablespoon of almond butter...7 days a week, week after week. And not recipes-literally the description above. I could do that myself! She let me rifle through a box of recipes and pick things a few of the weeks. I lost interest. I tried to cancel but they kept putting me off and requiring me to come in but I could never get the "cancellation form". I ended up just paying for the whole 6 months...total waste of money. You can get something off the internet just as good! Oh-and she spent the first 3 weeks comparing my stats to some other person because she had my name wrong! read more

I showed up about 15 minutes early for my appointment to begin the transformation challenge that's partnered with my gym, Crunch fitness. I waited ten minutes past my appointment time and I could still hear the trainer and the customer chit chatting about all things NOT fitness. I asked the receptionist to reschedule me with a different trainer. I hope things go well. I'm giving two stars because the receptionist knocked on the door at my appointment time, but the trainer kept chatting. It is important to respect people's time. I was fine to return after showing up earlier in the day without an appointment because the trainer mentioned he was booked until 2:30 however, 2:30 came and went. FitShop - Albuquerque, NM I have nothing but good things to say about Fitshop. I love this place! I made the decision after hearing tons and tons of radio ads daily to make some major lifestyle changes. I'm about three months in and NO REGRETS. Everyone I have run into in my weekly meetings is awesome! The assistant at the front desk is BOMB. She's such a sweetheart and so kind! All of the coaches are really nice and polite. Art Simoni is my coach and he is amazing! I've lost close to, if not over 20 lbs since starting here. Some of that however was before coming to see them, but that doesn't change the fact that I have actually stuck to something that normally always failed after (or before) the month mark. The diets are great, though it does take some getting used to. I don't get quite the same meal plans I used to, but that's mostly because I'm handling it myself and that's how I'm okay with having it. I know what I am supposed to eat now, so I don't need my hand held the whole way. While yes, as some reviewers stated, you might be able to get the same meal plans online, that doesn't change that you are being held accountable by a coach who HAS experience and you get that face to face time which really makes a big difference. Trust me, I have tried what feels like 10 million diets online, all failed. The only one that came close to working was Weight Watchers, but I never went to in person sessions and that is totally making the difference. It's not just someone to coach you or hold you accountable, they have been through this in some way themselves, and they celebrate your success with you! Also unlike what some negative reviews say, at least with my coach, I can check in with him, and sometimes he checks in too. Again though, I know what is expected of me each week, I can reach out at any time I need to, things are good! I'm happy with the way the coaching sessions work each week, and I actually look forward to them, even if some weeks aren't as great as others. At least they don't beat you up over bad weeks. You get what you put into this, and that can't always be put on the coach. They can't make you eat right or workout, or even take your supplements. YOU have to be responsible for you, but they just help guide you every week! Also, love the supplements here! The contour elite system is awesome. I was skeptical the first month, maybe even month and a half if they were working, but no more doubts! They work, and they really help. They don't lose the weight for you though, you still need to eat right and workout, but they do SUPPLEMENT your weight loss! I love this place. I'm signed up for 6 months, and yes it is a tad pricey, but I'm getting my life back, and it's actually working so I don't care about the cost. It's worth it if it improves the quality and quantity of my years! I plan on going until I hit around my goal weight, which at this rate might be slightly past the 6 months, but again...it's so worth it! Your experience depends on who you get as your consultant. I got the chance to give FitShop a try for a month using a Groupon deal. My goal, as I told my consultant during the initial consultation, was to lose body fat while gaining muscle weight. She determined that losing 1% of body fat per week was appropriate. So off we went, embarking on the journey. No personal judgement for my consultant here, but a lot of times, I found her less than knowledgeable on basic nutritional facts - during the initial consultation, she ended up recommending a dietary plan that had ~800-1000 kcal in excess to my daily calorie needs, with meals that were loaded with too much of everything (e.g. 19 oz. of tofu for a meal, saying that split peas have "negligible amounts of carbs"). She also needed to google or do whatever search that was necessary to find out the nutritional values of almost every food, common and less common alike (e.g. yogurt, cottage cheese, dry milk). The only positive attribute I had from her was her persistent encouragement and support throughout the month - she was prompt in answering emails and offered to communicate via text messenging (which I did not try). Quite ironically, I ended up having exactly the same body composition after the 1-month experience. All in all, make sure you get an experienced consultant there, or else, it could be a waste of time and money. read more

My problem is that I have not been with fitshop for almost 2 months and I am still getting charges on my account I have called and emailed the corporate office and still have not received any response.
