I love that it is in an old building downtown, with original architectural features. The cost per class is $10, which isn't so bad. It was a difficult class, but for the most part, it had movements that everyone could do or try to do. It was probably one of the most traditional yoga classes I've ever been to--the instructor really incorporated all of the yoga-specific language, the focus on breathing, and at the end of the class when we all had our eyes closed, she came around and put scented "face pillows" on us and whispered something Yoga-ish! :)
