My granddaughter joined in late February, 2026. She decided to cancel her membership in early April, 2026. She was charged a $107.17 cancellation fee on April 16, 2026. On April 17, 2026, she was charged $63.87. I called to ask what was going on. The rude customer service agent said it was her annual fee. I told her she had just joined in February. If you sign up for the free 7 day pass it is a scheme to get you in and coheres you into getting a membership relentlessly and try to sale you products. So beware simply. But the staff is extremely sweet genuinely and once you sign up, they will have someone reach out on your personal training free one on one training session and "offer you a customized meal plan" but in reality they want to be very salesy and write things up and goals and try to get you to pay for a trainer at high rates, and you don't get a meal plan for free, which is fine but misleading. My second time coming to this gym, someone broke into my car around 7am and stole my purse, wallet, laptop, iPhone, etc. and then proceeded to Walmart where they charged every credit card I have and also ran up over $1200 on my checking account. Ironically, I parked right by the front door thinking it was safer but later found out from an employee this is the blind spot that cameras don't pick up. When I ran in frantically to tell the front desk, the lady looked at me as if I asked her what day it was ... simply said I needed to call the cops and I could leave the case # with their corporate office. No reaction, no expression, no follow up questions AT ALL. The cops who came told me that this gym gets hit with robberies quite frequently. In fact, the next day I went to the DPS to get my replacement license and the random woman who serviced me TOLD ME SHE HAD ALSO BEEN ROBBED THERE BEFORE. SAME GYM, SAME WAY. I don't think this is the universe magically aligning us together by chance, I think this just goes to show how many people have been victims of this gym. She told me the same day she got robbed, 7 other cars had been broken into. She said the gym responded by having some useless security guard sit in the parking lot, which clearly the gym decided at some point wasn't required anymore despite the robberies continuing. I'm honestly blown away that this gym continues to operate as a feeding pool for these disgusting petty thieves. I wouldn't be surprised if the workers were somehow involved, see reviews below about how someone was even robbed in the locker room! I regret giving this gym a chance and I will never go to any fitness connection ever again. I doubt their corporate office will ever get back with me and I am 100% sure the robberies will continue to occur. Jose from the reception was very helpful when I signed up for a membership and has been very polite and helpful with providing a few tips on how to target each muscle during my routine. WARNING!!!! I was robbed here twice in four months. The first time my lock was broken in the locker room and my bag and belongings (Wallet included) gone. Second time on a Monday morning at 8:00 A.M., my car's back window was smashed in and my car was ransacked! I called the police (who didn't even step out of his vehicle let alone check the gyms cameras) told me "this happens at this gym ALL THE TIME." The manager on duty was not concerned when I said I wanted to cancel my membership and he tried to tell me to do it on a computer at home and to expect to be charged for the next month. I had him cancel my membership and walked him through my info. And I told him corporate can try to charge me the extra month on the card I cancelled that was stolen at this gym 20 minutes earlier. Something to think about... Yes they have cameras inside and outside of the gym. NO they will not check them for you when robbed. Last thing to consider. When working out (not in the aerobics room or kids club) there are no windows to check on your vehicle. Staff at the front are busy checking in people or looking at their phones to notice any activity in the parking lot. read more

this gym has a great big layout! Tons of equipment to work out every single muscle of your body! The equipment is always clean, & the staff is very friendly when walking in or asking any questionss!! I have never had a complaint here and i love the fact that they have a private woman's workout because it gives us woman that privacy that we all like! I also like that when you sign up as a member i was offered a FREE personal FITNESS assessment! I got to train with a personal trainer for an hour and they focused on everything I had questions for, when working out! I had been member of this gym for 6 years, I paid for kids club, i never had any complains at all, facilty was great for the price, post covid the kids club closed.. it was understandable..I stop going for pregnancy issues but continue paying my membership.. when I returned with my 7 month old they informed me that he was too young for kids club? Since when? I never received notice about this! I first brought my daughter when she was 3 months old 6 years ago.. I never had an issue, so if you are a mom with little kids (younger than 3) dont even bother, they lost my business. So as you could have guessed I called corporate to explain my situation and the lady sympathetically told me that there was nothing they could do so I asked her if she could just cancel my account. She told me my contract had already ended. So I thanked her for nothing and thought that was the end of it. Now 3 months later I receive a bill from a debt collecting service claiming I owe their client Fitness Connection $86.57 after they had already been raping my bank account for months. By 5:20am still no staff. 5:30am Still no staff. The gyms hours specifically say that the gym opens at 5am. I called the 866# twice to notify corporate that the gym was not open and no staff was there. They took my "message" and that was it. I stood there pre-workout filled with no way to burn it off. I'm sincerely wondering WHAT is the standard here for fantastic gyms?! Miami, L.A. and HERE have the best gyms I've ever been to. This gym is spacious, clean and exceptionally well-kept. I personally enjoy the gym. For $10/month for the use of the open gym AND most classes, it's a definite win. Pros: 1) Great selection of different weight machines as well as free weights 2) Many, many cardio machines, including ellipticals, treadmills, stairmasters, and bikes 3) Separate workout room/area for Women with a fair amount of weight machines, free weights, and cardio machines 4) Nice sized dry sauna 5) "Green area" where you can do an assortment of different activities - lunges, pushing, pulling weights, you name it Cons: 1) It is sooo CROWDED after 5pm. It's horrible. 2) Not being able to go to other Fitness Connections without having to pay an extra $200 enrollment fee 3) The class instructors could be better...more variety 4) Bring ARC Trainers! This is a bittersweet review because I want to say I love this place yet I don't prefer more people signing up because of it - it's already crowded as it is. I think the reason why it gets so crowded is because of the hours. The club closes at 8pm... 8PM. That's so early compared to the 24-hour club I previously went to. So everyone is trying to squeeze in their workout right after work. I love this club because it is CLEAN, and I've never had an issue with gross bathrooms or anything like that. The club is large, has saunas in the men's and women's locker rooms, a turf area, free weight racks, free weight machines, kids' area, cycling classes, team training classes, zumba/dance classes.. so much for what you're paying. It actually makes me WANT to work out, so that definitely helps a lot. But, don't sign up if you're already at another club.. I'm sure that one is great! read more

This is a good gym for workout and classes. But it is not good if you have children that you leave in the Kids Club. Since the first day there all the age groups are mixed, 1-2 year old running around with 8-12 years old playing in ways that the little ones could get hurt. The ladies that are supposed to take care of the children were talking to each other by their desks. We left our daughter there for 30 mins, she went into the theater room, which is a great idea, but there are no adults there and is kind of a separate room, another child hit, and scratched my daughter really hard that the marks of her fingernails stayed there for 2 weeks. We are really upset this happened because it could have been avoided if the ladies were doing her job right. I know we are humans and like to mingle, but we shouldn't do it in the workplace. Love this gym! All the staff here are so friendly and the manager is very helpful and welcoming. I take a small group workout at 6a and Tori teaches the class and she is wonderful! For it being so early, she sure gives you so much positivity in the morning and pushes you to excel! The gym is always so clean and never gets too crowded. I have lupus and to meet a trainer at the gym name Katy who also had lupus, just gives me strength and motivation that I can also be like her (in shape and healthy), also the manager's wife also has lupus so it is nice to have people at the facility know what lupus people like me are going through with all the struggles. read more

Shower room floor cleaning is poor at times. Staff too lazy to know what equipment is not functionable for weeks on end and after learning not labeling for customers. One treadmill has required stabilization for many months, nothing is done. High staff turnover. Rarely (I've been coming here for years) do I see any staff roaming to inspect, pick-up and police. This is probably due to lack of staff while the CEO makes +$2M p\yr. When masks were required for all, one staff (female ~25) got quite snippy with me {unprovoked} (male, 65) when a simple, polite "please wear your mask correctly Sir" would have sufficed. My bar code card is nearly delaminated and not working, after asking when replacements will be available staff has no answer. This after staff telling to replace. No. I don't want to have to bring a phone to show an app. The reason no replacement cards are available is the source is no longer available. So there is not another in the USA? Given the high incidence of parking lot burglaries at this location, it seems a notice to customers would be in order. particular bike exercise class after 5p is so loud as to be annoying 20 meters away with over-ear headphones. Close the damn door. If those participants want to listen to that noise let THEM, I don't. Turn off Fox ( GOP propaganda & Insurrection fuel) or at least give MSNBC\CNN equal time.
