Plus, all the other coaches rock too, constantly supporting & pushing you to do better. F45 is a great workout and love showing up to burn 500-800 calories! Plus awesome music & a good group of people make it well worth it. For people whining about COVID 19 protocols, I have to say that's 100% BS. This place is cleaner than a hospital. Each person sanitizes each station, the team does it between classes, & they do deep cleans. Thanks for helping me get in shape!

The coach was fantastic. They have a full locker room with showers. Unfortunately, the lighting in this space gave me a migraine and I won't be able to go back(orange lights mixed with natural sunlight). Lighting is something I personally get migraines from and is not a reflection of the space.

My co-worker recommended their trainer, Bruno, so I thought to myself, okay, here is my shot. A month later, I made my way to Bruno's gym. Upon entering the gym, I felt comfortable. It was roomy, had a lot of equipment and had a great vibe. I then met Bruno. He immediately displayed a professional, friendly and kind demeanor, and then began a question and answer session. After "sizing me up," he told me that I could achieve my desired results if I stuck to his proven, healthy, results-oriented plan. He showed me a clearly articulated agenda, and then advised me that if I stuck to the plan, I would meet my goal. Fast-forward to July of 2020, I have not only met my goal, but I have exceeded it. My body (and my overall mindset) has transformed into something that I did not think was possible, and I have only Bruno to thank. He is an awesome trainer and friend, and I would recommend him to anyone who is seeking a personal trainer.

Zach is easily one of the best trainers I've ever worked with. He actually listens. You tell him your goals (whether you want to lose 30 lbs, pack on muscle, get off blood pressure meds, or just move without pain), and he builds everything around YOU. No cookie-cutter programs here. His knowledge is ridiculous: strength training, Olympic lifting, powerlifting, mobility work, stretching, nutrition, meal planning... the guy is a walking encyclopedia with years of real experience and certifications to back it up. The gym itself is spotless, never overcrowded, and has such a welcoming vibe. Everyone who trains here is friendly and supportive; it feels like a community, not a meat market. If you're tired of big-box gyms where you're just a number, do yourself a favor and train here. Whether you're a total beginner or a seasoned athlete, he'll meet you where you are and get you results safely and sustainably. Hands down the best training experience in Scottsdale. Highly recommend!

I signed up for a three month plan at $120 a month, twice a week for 1 hour each session for my 10 year old son, that's 8 classes a month. Mark canceled 3 classes in one month but I was still required to pay for that entire month. Also, the last month of my three month contract I couldn't take my son to training because my wife's car broke and it was in the shop, I told him I will still fulfill the contract the following month but Mark insisted I honor my contract and pay for that month even though my son couldn't attend ONE class for a reason beyond my control. Mark has no compassion or care for his customers at all, he has no customer service skills, only cares about his contracts so he can screw people for money for services he doesn't provide. I guess my $120 was so critical to his business that he was willing to lose a customer over such a menial amount. I now take my son to a place called athletic republic where for $150 a month he gets training 5 days a week at 1 1/2 hr each session and you can go month to month with NO CONTRACT!

Walking into this process, I wasn't just looking for a trainer... I needed someone who understood where I was at and could meet me there. That's exactly what Jordan Lester did. From day one, he has been incredibly patient, kind, and understanding. He never pushed me beyond what I could handle, but somehow always knew how to gently encourage me to take that next step forward. He has this rare ability to balance compassion with motivation, and it's made all the difference in my journey.
