Overall, I am very pleased with Fit4Lincoln. Positives: great trainers, nice people, great balance of cardio and strength, effective workout in 30 minutes. Also, the owners give back to the community with a charity of the month. Initially, I thought the membership was a bit pricey, but I am a firm believer in "you get what you pay for". If you take advantage of what they offer w/ the membership (unlimited boot camps, nutrition counseling, small groups, personalized attention, etc.) it really is a good deal. I was a member at a different gym for many years and it would have cost me HUNDREDS of $$ extra to get what I get at Fit4Lincoln. Suggestions: more fans (gets a bit hot at times), mix up the music (add in some 80's rock), might need more weights - the gym is getting popular and we tend to run out! I started Fit4Lincoln as a challenger. I was terrified as I was new to the Lincoln area and didn't know anyone. By week 2, all the trainers knew my name and were awesome. Now I'm pregnant and continue to work out there. They have modifications and things available for each workout. The staff there all know their stuff and are great to work with! It's a pricier gym but for me, it's worth every single penny. I get unlimited workouts. Best part, I don't have to think of anything. The workout is planned for me so I don't have to try to figure out clunky machines or be nervous I'm using something wrong. I love coming here! I started my first challenge in February and the confidence I gained in myself was amazing. I had been in school for the last year and put on some extra weight and Matt and his trainers helped me learn how to change my lifestyle not just make an immediate fix for a short time. Everyone gets to know you here and everyone is supportive no matter what fitness level you are at! After my challenge I became a member and am so glad I did! By far the BEST workout you can get in 30 minutes!! At the end of every workout I feel like I've gotten a great full body workout with cardio mixed it. I don't think we have done the same workout twice and I've never been bored of the workouts. The trainers are all motivating without being harsh. They push you, guide you, help with form and suggest modifications if needed. It's very personal and I've always felt welcome coming in the door. Coming here was one of the best decisions I've ever made for myself. They actually care about me and the program REALLY WORKS. It's not just a gym, it's SO much more and the camaraderie among the members makes me look forward to every workout. Over all I'm blown away with the progress I've made at Fit4Lincoln. In 2 months I've lost almost 20lb and I did it with a steady work out regimen and dite tips that didnt involve werid trends or meal replacement shakes. They lay it out in front of you simply, if you can do can do A, B, and C you will see progress and I did. Never having a lot of experience in exercising before, other then half hearted attempts, I can honestly say I mad at how easy this was. I recomend Matt and his team highly. read more

Prior to the 6 week challenge, I had never stepped foot in a gym. The trainers are great! 30 minute morning work outs were just enough to leave me feeling accomplished and with lots of energy throughout the rest of the day. This is my second time being a part of fit4lincoln. I only stopped the first time because I moved away. When I moved back I knew I needed to go back and joint their gym again. I am not in shape, at all! I have never enjoyed working out. I LOVE it here! The classes are fun and quick and the team is amazing. I absolutely love Fit4Body Bootcamp..the workouts are different everyday. I have never felt stronger and more fit in my life. The instructors, staff and the members are incredible.
