Really disappointed. I talked to Brandy several times, she seemed nice.This was such a bad experience, because I have waited weeks to get an estimate, I waited again,after she rescheduled at the last minute. I waited excited for her arrival. I missed her call, she went to the wrong address. I called her back, leaving the correct address. She didn't have the courtesy to call me back.
