A few years ago, I was looking for an experienced trainer to help me lose 150 pounds since I was morbidly obese, and chose Danie. She was very flexible and met me whenever I needed and wherever I had access to exercise, starting with a local park and eventually a gym. She tailored the workouts to be reasonable but still challenging, based on my fitness level. I had never worked out in my life until we started and she was extremely patient with me when I asked dumb questions about workouts. I've now successfully lost the 150 pounds and have continued using Danie as my trainer, through an app rather than in person. I found Danie "by accident" in the middle of Covid lockdown and at the point of despair. I was about to give up and just become an old lady (in my mid-sixties). I made a last ditch effort to find motivation online and somehow connected to Danie. She became invaluable to me. Danie started me on a no-nonsense, diverse and fun path back to fitness.
