Today I completed the "It's Your Practice " training The Yoga Kickback Y'all this training was AMAZING!! It gave us the foundation we needed in order to show up to practice ANYWHERE no matter the studio or place I now have the skills to show up! Not gone lie today I cried like a baby! To accomplish such a thing is such a blessing! This was a terrible experience coming here today and I don't think I'll ever be back. I pay good…read moremoney to come to a place to relax and work out and this definitely is not it. I scheduled hot worx for 6:45pm and "Entitled Tracy" walks in and states I'm scheduled too. I replied oh! Two people can book at one time? She replied "yes" and I'm going to shut the door to keep the heat in". I looked at the schedule and I see only I have reserved so I go to the front desk and the young lady that works there states you don't need to schedule an appointment you can just walk in anyone as long as there is no more than 3. She proceeds to walk back there to see who it was and she comes back and says, "oh, that's Tracy". As if that's okay! I ended up having to gather my things and leave. I don't feel comfortable sharing a sauna. The point of booking and reserving is so that you don't end up sharing a sauna if you don't want to. HotWorx what is the point of scheduling if you don't need to? This would avoid having to share a sauna if you do not wish to. My work out was ruined because of this! I will be canceling my membership because the inconvenience and inconsistency of how you function as a business!

The sauna is now closed and I went to an employee, Sam, and began expressing my concerns to the constant issues with the sauna. End of it Sam argued, didn't care and said it is my choice to be a member and I could find somewhere else. Sam doesn't understand I do my chemo treatment Monday afternoon and my routine includes coming to the gym for mind body and spirt before the infusion center. This is not about a sauna thing this is about a routine I've been doing for a year and some employee with zero care. Sam didn't know and doesn't care because Sam is all about Sam. Anyway end of the day Sam is right. I can choose any gym and just start a new Monday routine there. Please don't hire anymore like Sam. I just spoke to the manager who took time to hear me. Thank you for listening and hearing my words. She also shared with me her father's journey and hers as a caregiver. Real convo with a caring professional. As long as there is management in place like her this gym will only get better. Thanks lifetime and thanks Sam.

Ya girl legs feel like putty but I feel so amazing at the same time. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with great energy, music and smiles. Check-in was super simple and I was so happy to see my name on my locker! What a kind thing to do. They have special cycle shoes for the bikes but it's pretty easy to get the hang of them. Since it was my 1st time cycling, I was given a thorough walkthrough and hop on for class. The instructor was amazing. Since I was a beginner, I didn't have the full moves to do everything but now I'm motivated to keep going so I can improve. Never sweated so much in life while having fun! Take a class!

It was my first time in the studio and nobody acknowledged me until I said something. After that, my bike didn't work. The monitor wouldn't turn on and when we had songs out of the saddle, the bike made a click sound each time, which made me nervous to stand. Turns out, several of their bikes are broken. Why can't they mark them out of order so riders don't end up picking them? As much as I'd want to come back for another ride at this location, I don't want to play the guessing game of whether or not my bike will be functioning. That experience alone was extremely disappointing. Plus several people left in the middle of the class because of this situation.

She ended up throwing up a few times. We got so much attitude and nasty looks from a couple of the instructors there. Kendyll was definitely the most rude. Might be a good place to go if you're already slim or fit. Not a great place to go for people like me, people who just got back into working out. I experienced an extremely unwelcoming culture to plus size people which is odd for a gym. At first I thought maybe I was imagining the rudeness being directed towards us but by the end of the event it was clear. Additionally, they took sooo many photos throughout the event of us working out. Me and my friend were literally the only people excluded from the photos they posted. The only photo I was in was a group photo. SHED reported my review to Yelp and they took down my original review citing that I wasn't actually at this event. I'm posting a PHOTO that matches my Yelp photo of myself at this event. There were snacks and drinks (smoothie king & Celsius) inside but that doesn't make up for the treatment. I also reported this to lululemon who sent me a personal apology to my email so shout out to them.
