They refused to quote me over the phone, in turn I visited the store. When I asked to receive a quote, a salesperson informed me they do not provide quotes. Strange, so they said they could ring it up and give me an unofficial quote. This was provided by the manager who attempted to push me into purchasing the vehicle. When I told him I only wished to get the model priced out he did not accept my answer and tried pushing me into a fast purchase. He was exceedingly unprofessional and pushy. As soon as it was made clear I would not be purchasing that day, all service was lost. Finally, when asked if I could have the handwritten quote I was provided with I was told I could not take it home... Seriously? Overall I'm impressed. Impressed that there are enough people willing to spend their hard earned money at this location. I will not be returning.

I've bought a bike and have had all my service done at VMS and always go away extremely satisfied with the workmanship and price. My son just bought one there and is extremely satisfied with the process. Keep up the great work and i May see another new (used) bike in the future. That green magnum is pretty sweet

Basically, I reached out to these guys about a bike that they had and they told me it was still…read moreavailable. Easy enough. I reached out the morning I was going to come down to see the bike, and owner said fine, and would meet me there to discuss numbers and what not. Easy enough. I get there, after driving over 2 hours, and was quite literally fully ignored by all staff there. I wasn't greeted, spoken to, or anything. I literally had to ask the dude about the bike, and tell him I was the one he spoke with earlier. Very dry in was kind of just like, okay, and walked away. I see the bike, sit on it, decide, you know what, I'm going to take this for a ride and maybe I'll buy it. The lady that works there, mind you, she hadn't come out to greet me or anything from her office. The lady comes out after I go and catch her attention to let her know that I would like to go for a test drive. I was told, there are no test drives allowed, and that the owner could drive it up and down the street and I could watch if I wanted to buy it. Seriously??? I'm going to spend $10,000 before tax and title and I can't even test drive the bike first? They weren't interested in dealing with me in the least bit. I literally drove over 2 hours and wasted time. Regardless of what you want to get from this place, I wouldn't recommend it simply because these people just came off as very rude and shady. I'm not going to go into politics or skin color or anything like that, because that is not my thing, but I will say that I was treated like shit from the second I pulled up to the second I left. These people weren't interested in doing business with me for a second. Highly recommend going elsewhere.

Prices are fair and they have achieved an excellent reputation in the area. On two occasions I noticed locals honking their car horns "hello" as they passed by. I'm not sure why they received a bad review from a previous reviewer but it does not match my experience by a long shot. The deal that we hammered out was fair. The bike that we came in for was a real beauty making it worth the 1 hour drive from Winter Garden. I would recommend checking out their inventory if you are in the market for a Harley Davidson.

If you read my reviews you know I don't sugar coat my experiences…read more Prime was excellent and I have 2 experiences with purchases and I waited a bit before I reviewed. My disabled veteran buddy and I both rode and he found a Cbr1000rr he wanted so we took a ride On the weekend to prime. next to the cbr I saw a BMW S1000RR and told my buddy to look at it..well long story short it had akropovic exhaust and heated grips and so many options he bought it. while he was doing his deal I sat on a KTM 1290. I had 5 bikes so I wasn't buying..well fast forward a few months and riding my harley woth my wife and now my buddy on sport bikes I needed something a little more sporty than my CVO harley (which I loved)..well that ktm I called and spoke to salesman Martin..totally no pressue..gave me a trade in from pics of my bike. what I really liked is my buddy and I were in car business decades ago and we know the business. usually a dealer won't give an Out the door price. but I'm old and don't want to waste anyone's time or mine..but surprising they gave me a good out the door price with my trade and transfer plate. so I bought the KTM 1290..it's the damn best bike I ever owned..I started riding in the 80s! this thing has 160hp, a scottoiler which the mechanic explained to me oils the chain and increases the life of the chain which (CZ brand ktm chain and sprockets are around $300) so the scottoiler allowing 5-7x the chain life was amazing I never heard of one prior. it also had same brand Akropovic exhaust as the s1000rr which sounds amazing. electronic preload and dampening..full panniers for "tail of the dragon" sport touring, heated grips and seats..too many optiond to list. i like prime because they always have cool bikes that you wont find on craiglist and belive me i looked daily for a year. i was told Prime will be in Melbourne and they are a CFMOTO dealer which if you dont know is KTM owned and very well priced. If your looking online, just dont waste your time. go to PRIME they have harleys (like my rare CVO), sport touring, adventure bikes like my ktm, sport bikes galore, atvs and side by sides. low seat height bikes and dirtbikes. low pressue sales and i was in and out faster than my wife could get ready..lol kudos to Prime..im sure now that my buddy and i bought 2 bikes, we will be buying out next track bikes there as well. Thank you Prime for excellent customer service i hope someone enjoys my CVO Harley Vincent S. and Brian M.

On Wednesday I called about a 2025 GP Supercharger Jet Ski in black that was listed online for…read more$13,500. That same day I was told it had already been sold, but they had the same model available in blue and white (bait). It wasn't my preferred color, but it didn't look bad, and they offered to work on the price and include a trailer, so I agreed to come in on Saturday. On Thursday they called me repeatedly asking if I could come in that same day, even "jokingly"suggesting I cancel a personal appointment. On Friday, the manager, Ben, texted me asking for my information to "start the process." I made it clear I preferred to handle everything in person and review the numbers first before anything else.On Saturday Ben texted me asking me if I was coming. I said I was on my way, coming from Kissimmee. After driving 1 hour and 45 minutes, I arrived and Oliver told me the Jet Ski had been sold. Unbelievable. They tried to show me other options that I had no interest in, either because of the price or the color. I came for a specific unit that I was told would be available for $13,500.Then Oliver showed me a 2026 model for $17,500. When I asked for a breakdown, the total came out to $25,000 after all the crazy fees i didnt know exist. That was shocking. I asked to speak with the manager, Ben, to explain my frustration and why I was leaving upset, and he became hostile and defensive, even raising his voice in front of my kid. I asked to end the conversation right there because my 8-year-old son was with me, and I didn't want him to witness that kind of behavior, i did walk away. The lack of professionalism and respect from the manager speaks volumes. Then 3 minutes after i drive away he called me from this number +1 (386) 218-0508 to apologize for his behavior, stating he didn't know anything about what was going on, so he asked me to come back so he could make me a good deal. I said right now I don't feel good after what just happened ((he's a lucky man he still has his job and I'm not in jail)). I will not be returning to this place. If you no longer have the product a customer is asking about, stop that calling and pushing them to come in just to try to sell something else(BAIT). My time and gas are valuable, and I was there with my young son when I could have been anywhere else.Very disappointing experience. Here are the 4 numbers that were either texting me or calling me: (386) 218-0508 (386) 855-8604 (386) 564-8949 (386) 260-2052
