No one picked up so I left a message and an email. No one called me back. I called on Tuesday. I told the person I had not received the flowers. She remembered the call from my son and she mentioned difficulties with staff. OK. Well, no one called me. I AM CALLING YOU. No one said the order is late, or anything. I wanted a refund. They granted me a refund, but you know, if I was trying to keep my clients happy, I would have done a refund and sent a very small bouquet with a card saying that they screwed up and were truly sorry.
