Everything via the online portal, they don't call you even if it's important. They don't answer questions. If they do respond it's usually, "I don't know.", no follow up, or "I'll ask the doctor." 2. Overstaffed. They won't tell you this, but apparently Dr. Glass is the only current doctor working here. They may have a Nurse Practitioner, but I can't confirm this. 3. If you miss an appointment, expect to be billed, if they miss an appointment, expect a nasty letter saying you missed the appointment. Very unprofessional, Horribly managed, lack of care. Look for a better options.

After waiting for 40 minutes to be called and seen, I went to the front desk to ask about the delay. The MA informed the front desk that she did not know I had an appointment today. As a result, I left without being seen. Approximately 30 minutes later, I received a call asking if I could return, which I found unacceptable given the lack of coordination and respect for my time. This is not the first issue I've encountered. During my previous visit on October 24, 2025, the doctor ordered the wrong medication dose twice, and after waiting for an hour, I had to leave without treatment then as well.

I started seeing her in April of this year for issues that I had regarding my health. After answering a series of very thorough questions she was able to read me like a book because after my lab results came back she was right on practically everything. I know several doctors in the Vancouver area who know of and give high praise to Dr. Workman. She runs a great practice and in my experience takes the time necessary to ensure that her patients are cared for and fully understand the issues surrounding their health. Her office is extremely busy but I guess when you are good at what you do it is to be expected. I was thankful that she was accepting new patients and I have recommended her to friends who moved here from other states who do not have a primary care physician. As more private practice doctors retire or get pushed into the managed care debacle I feel fortunate to have a good doctor who puts the well being of their patients as their top priority. This Camas office is not only beautiful and clean, but right off the 14 and easy to get to. What a great facility. What great check-in etiquette. Hardly any wait. J waited less than 5 minutes for labs and maybe 30 minutes to be seen for urgent care during the height of the flu season. The downside is that they don't have access to all of the equipment that's available at the tech center location such as X-ray. But this is walk-in vs appointment based. Choose your need.

He refused to listen, unable to finish a single sentence before he cut me off. What a joke, him and MD VIP. Unfortunately, the joke is on me because I still don't have a doctor ot manage my care, so I am back to managing my complex situation myself. I got my money back from MD VIP, but still don't have a doctor. The medical system is broken and he is a perfect example. Do no harm? Not an oath he cares about or follows.
