If you're looking for a professional, honest plumber who explains things in plain language instead…read moreof industry jargon, these are your guys. When I moved into my home in 2020, I called them to inspect my hot water tank and gave me a quote for a tankless system. The tank ended up failing, and within a week they had a full-house tankless system installed. It's now been six years and it's still running strong (House hold of 6) worth every penny. Since then, we've had a few other issues, including a pipe burst and some home warranty work. Even though those repairs weren't directly theirs, they still came out to inspect the work and make sure everything was done correctly. The same thing happened when a shower knob failed and was replaced through warranty. They still checked it to confirm it was installed properly. That level of accountability and care is rare these days. Hands down, stand-up guys.

Our first person, from Company A, basically measured and gave us a price! And then Mr Williams came and gave us a quote. He took the time to explain the gutter options (3" and 6"). But not only that, the bigger custom built drains at the ends of the gutter and how they can flush out leaves and debris, for less gutter cleaning. And then he gave us the color options as well as options for the placement of the downspouts. Their quote was actually $88 more than Company A, but because Mr Williams took the time to explain things, they received our business!

The cabinets were made using solid hardwood maple and have turned out beautifully. I wanted a custom colour and C&F Custom Cabinets was able to accommodate this. I changed the layout of my kitchen as well as adding some new cabinets. And my design consultant Casey was extremely helpful in coming up with the final design. One thing that distinguished C&F Custom Cabinets from the competing companies that I spoke to when planning my remodel was the fact that the cabinets are fabricated at their factory next door to the show room, so I was able to have a bespoke fully customised design. This flexibility really helped me to arrive at a fully customised solution that meets my needs, without having to fit into big box company constraints. I was also very impressed by the customer service, Sarah in particular was very responsive to all of my questions. I highly recommend C&F Custom Cabinets and would hire them again for any future project.

They built custom desk, cabinets and shelving for my office to my specifications and design, and sent a 3-D computer rendering for my approval. When it came to the installation, they installed it all in less than a day! They have done nearly all of our individual offices and our plan room too! I was especially impressed when they did the same for our Service Field Supervisors office, which is trapezoidal in shape due to the shape of the building on that corner! They really are professional-grade, and great to work with too! I highly recommend them! You just can't go wrong with C & F Custom Cabinets.

I have been using Jonesy's Home Services for the past three years to slowly remodel my retirement…read morehouse. The house was built in the late 70s and the original owners made very few upgrades. Before contacting Jonesy's I made a prioritized list of improvements. I discussed the improvements with the JHS team and they provided a recommended order based on their experiences. If I had questions then, I don't remember but the order of improvements over the past three years occurred with no redundant work. Like any remodeling plan, there were complications because of the original materials and construction. JHS advised immediately and stoically as complications emerged and these came with reasonable plan modifications to mitigate the problem and continue towards the goal. Comprehensively, JHS directly added a door where there was only a window, added upper and lower cabinetry that matched existing cabinetry, replaced the counter top, added a kitchen length subway tile backsplash, removed a cabinet and replaced it with a dishwasher, replaced the oven and hood, replaced a water heater, replaced a two-basin sink with a farm sink and improved faucet/sprayer, removed a jurassic single unit molded plastic bath/shower and replaced it with a tile shower and pad, replaced sheet rock that was water damaged, installed a/c vents, installed matching ceiling fans and flush mount hall lights that matched all the door knobs and door hinges, and finally repainted the entire house interior. Over three years I got accurate price and time quotes prior to work being done. Finally, the value and dedication from JHS over the past three years has been worth the time, the planning, and the expense. I recommend JHS highly and I will continue using their services for future plans.

Fast forward to a little over a year later, I was having issues with my thermostat actually getting the system to keep the house at the set temperature. Mind you the service warranty had expired, they came out for free and determined I needed a new circuit board ($575) and came back today with the part to install it and charge me. It ended up being a low voltage issue under my house in another area instead of the board. Any company could've just fixed it and told me it was the board and still charged me. Since they already installed the board, they didn't charge me for it or the actual repair that was causing the issue. I HIGHLY recommend Honest air to anyone for their heating and air needs. This kind of service and honesty is hard to come by these days.
