Everything else was awful. 1. Bryan knew the entire time he was doing my job that I planned to submit an insurance claim to cover most of the costs. I can prove with texts and emails that he knew this. He never said a thing until the end of the job when he handed me my bill and then just casually goes, "I doubt insurance will pay for this kind of work. I've never seen them pay out for [these kinds of issues] before." And of course he was right. So I had to scrape and scramble and move money to cover the total and it wiped my whole emergency cushion fund. When I asked him to give me a couple days to get the money together without having to borrow any, he said no, not possible, even when I begged for just 24 hours more. I believe he intentionally misled me with his silence for the duration of the work he did on my home and then had no compassion or patience when I struggled to pay at the end of the job after he let me believe that insurance would cover most of it. I truly believe that he let me hire him knowing I thought insurance would cover most of it because he knew I couldn't hire him if I had to pay out of pocket, and then just planned to squeeze me for the total due at the end of the job, which is exactly what happened. And if all that shadiness wasn't bad enough, get this... 2. The work he and his team did was to wrap my downstairs AC ducts (in my living room ceiling) to stop them from sweating in the summer, and then they fixed the drywall that the sweating had damaged. Well guess what. It's hot out again and guess whose ceiling is sweating with drywall and paint leaking from her living room ceiling? MINE! So the work he did under false pretenses wasn't even good work, because my ceiling is doing the exact same thing now that it had been doing when I hired him in the first place. But there's more! 3. A worker of his named Will admitted to peeping on me while I showered one day when Bryan and Dillon had gone to another job. I have all of this in text. (Will has since been fired [for other reasons].) Dishonest pay practices. Shoddy work. Shady creepy employees. If I could go back in time and NOT hire Fisher's Home Pros, I would. Now I want my money back and Bryan is not responding to my texts. Literally leaving me on Read. Steer clear of Fisher's Home Pros!!!

I do not view this company or the salesman as being professional in any way. They should have been up front with their payment practices. They lost five jobs because of the sloppy way their salesman handled this job. NO I do not recommend this company

I really appreciate the time he spent inspecting the house and explaining what he found, especially since he didn't charge anything for the inspection. What really impressed me was that he didn't try to push me into buying a treatment or maintenance program. He gave me some options for preventative treatment, if I so desired, but didn't push me to have anything done. Just said to let him know if later I decided I was interested in doing something. He arrived about 30 minutes after we hung up, he located the problem, told us he could fix it and told us the cost. We agreed to the cost and Mike went to work. Our A/C was fixed and running in about 2 hours from the time I made the call. There was an after hours service fee and the cost of parts, but it wasn't expensive and I'm very frugal The only negative comment is that I see they offer military discounts, but we were not offered one. Customer service starts with the first person who answers the phone, and unfortunately, this interaction reflected very poorly on the company. I hope management addresses how customers are treated because no one should be spoken to with disrespect for asking a simple billing question and shouldn't feel like they are annoying them by any questions it's the job they are getting paid for. I was so disappointed and after reading reviews I actually drove 30 minutes to talk to someone over them and when I walked in all I said was "hey how are you doing is there anyone that I can talk to over the establishment" and I was greeted by a older dark hair lady that would not give me her name or anyone else's that I could talk to after I told her what it was about. All she kept saying was we aren't going to be doing this which I don't even know what she was referring to because I was only there to talk to someone over them but at the end of the day if you are a person that feels like when you call a business you should be treated with respect please stay away from this business because apparently this has been a issue with other people according to reviews and it hasn't been handled

He talked over me repeatedly, dismissed my questions, and relied on canned company talking points instead of addressing the inflated pricing. He spoke condescendingly about products from places like Lowe's and even made a backhanded remark implying I was "unaccustomed to their level of professionalism." The tone throughout the call was arrogant, defensive, and entirely unprofessional. This was not a misunderstanding. It was a pattern. Based on my experience, I strongly advise homeowners to think carefully before hiring this company.
