Deeply Unprofessional and Biased Service Post-Divorce…read more I used Jolene-AnsbroTax for over 20 years, but my experience drastically changed when my business partner and I went through a divorce. Despite being a 50% owner of our family business, I was subjected to clear bias, poor communication, and a complete lack of professional respect. As a equal stakeholder, I am legally and ethically entitled to the same level of service and access to information as my business partner. However, after many months and seven separate written requests for our 2025 financial documents, I received nothing but constant delays, non-responses, and blatant stall tactics. Even though all services were fully paid for, she chose to provide the vital financial documents exclusively to my ex-wife while completely icing me out. This behavior is incredibly biased, unethical, and unprofessional. I have officially reported her actions to the CFP Board. I strongly advise any business owners going through structural or personal changes to look elsewhere for objective, trustworthy tax services.
