He told me over the phone that my home was third on the list for that day and that the cleaners would arrive "some time after 12:30 pm". I took the day off from work to prepare my home for the cleaners. I waited... When it got to be 3:00 pm, with no sign of any cleaners, I called the business and left a voice mail for 'John' to please call me. I waited... At 4:00 pm I called again. I left a msg. that I was waiting for the cleaners, that I had taken the day off of work and to please call me to let me know what was going on. It is now Saturday, May 21st and still NO CALL from the business owner. I wasted my time, energy and a day's salary on a person who didn't even have the decency to call me to apologize.
