I looked up some places and tried to go, but most were appointment only or didn't have people at that time which lead me to Zazil. They were taking walk-ins and had staff to complete the services. All of the ladies were so nice, and there was a nice young lady there who made the communication a breeze. They have a lot of gel colors as well. They were proficient and detailed. The pedicure was nice and relaxing. They provide a weighted hot towel which was amazing and relaxing. I absolutely loved the process of the nail extension. I was really pleased with my results. The icIng on the cake is the amazing price. I had to go back because I broke my nail and they were so nice about fixing it. The massage included aromatherapy and was extremely relaxing, I definitely fell asleep. Once the massage was over we were offered waters and snacks. Prices aren't so bad either. If you want a painful manicure and pedicure then this is your place. It was all fine and dandy…read moreuntil the somewhat older nail tech went to clean under my toe nails. She dug the pointy end of the cleaning stick in too hard. Then when she was clipping my cuticles she pulled on a piece of skin and then ripped it. It didn't bleed, but it hurt. When she was taking off my dip color, she used the rotary tool and would hold it in one place too long til it felt like it was burning. This happened multiple times. Then when she was doing my cuticles she cut me. It took a little bit for the bleeding to stop. I am not overly confident in their cleaning of tools. I did not observe the tech opening a new, clean package of tools. Instead she would just pluck one from the jar in front of her. If I could do this all over, I would ask about their cleaning procedures before I made an appointment and I should have just stopped the whole thing when she ripped the skin off my toe. A lesson learned for sure.
