I recently moved to the area and no one was available to watch her when I had to leave on short notice. I took a chance with boarding a facility and I've used it ever since! The staff is pleasant, engaged, and seems to really take to my dog. They even have kept her in the front office with them while they work alone for kicks! They remembered her from our first stay, and always seem happy to have her back. In one instance, they had some extra suites so they gave her one since no one was using it (at not extra cost). They are always quick to respond and will try to make things comfortable for our pup but also are flexible on pick-up/drop-off in a pinch. I am sorry for others that have had poor experiences, but I am not one of them. My partner and I have used them now 3 or 4 times with great results and have decided to use them fully in the future.
