I wanted to hear what the dentist recommended and then decide if I was comfortable enough with him/her. However, the lady on the phone was only interested in my insurance information. I have dental insurance, a supplementary dental plan, and am also employed full-time to pay for anything that isn't covered by insurance. After 10 minutes on the phone and giving the lady everything but my SSN, I decided to go elsewhere. I prefer a dentist who welcomes new customers.
