Within less than two weeks he suggested we lower our price again. We declined and stayed at our asking price. It became very obvious he was only interested in a quick sale, regardless of what was best for his clients. To the best of my knowledge he never even personally showed our home. Within a month we received a lowball offer on our home. His comment was that we should take it because it was a solid offer and the market was slow due to the holiday season. Against his wishes we countered and continued to counter. We brought the sale up nearly $11,000. All the while he was telling us he didn't think it was a wise idea and that we could lose the sale. We were extremely disappointed in his lack of support for his clients and it became apparent he simply wanted to collect his check and be on his way. I could not in good faith recommend his services. Our personal feeling is that he preferred to take the money and run.
