To be honest, we were a bit liberal with the bubblies and wine paring throughout the meal... I cannot recite every single ingredient in the 4 courses I was served. But I can say in full confidence that every dish, every bite, contained fresh and perfectly cooked ingredients drizzled with sauces and garnishes that balance, expand and deepen the flavor. Even though the menu concept has changed to Italian we still had a wonderful dining experience! The service was stellar and the food and wine was amazing. We're on holiday so I can't say when we would return, but to anyone else wanting a suggestion, you should definitely try this place! It was just gorgeous!
