I didn't realize until I got an overdraft letter for an internal 1st Bank "debit card fee" of $10. I had to pay this to close the account. What a joke, but worth $10 to know not to ever do business with 1st Bank.

I end up having to reset my password every single time I need to log in to transfer funds in or out. I've given up. You need a new platform! Credit union of Colorado has the best online banking app in Colorado, take some hints from them. Overall, if you want seemless ach transfers and customer service that provides fast and easy solutions, go somewhere else. I'll be pushing to refi this loan as soon as possible. Unfortunately my credit took a late payment hit because I couldn't get an ach transfer through to save my life and conveniently "we can't take debit cards over the phone" which is bs since they've done that for me several times in the past. For example, I had to order checks from them no less than 10 times over a course of nearly six months because they couldn't seem to complete a check order correctly. They blame it on you if someone infiltrates their system. I have had my account poached many times thru their faulty system and they accept zero responsibility! They approved several thousands of dollars of Fraudulent ATM charges in Hollywood, CA while the card was actually be used AT THE SAME TIME legitimately at businesses and hotels in Las Vegas not once but 10 times!!!! They now are "holding my money for further investigation" I am filing a complaint with the Banking Commissioner of colorado!!! Do not use this bank!!!!
