I didn't realize until I got an overdraft letter for an internal 1st Bank "debit card fee" of $10. I had to pay this to close the account. First and foremost, their mobile banking app is virtually useless. The user experience leaves a sour taste in my mouth and a burning rage within. I end up having to reset my password every single time I need to log in to transfer funds in or out. I've given up. You need a new platform! Credit union of Colorado has the best online banking app in Colorado, take some hints from them. Overall, if you want seemless ach transfers and customer service that provides fast and easy solutions, go somewhere else. I'll be pushing to refi this loan as soon as possible. Unfortunately my credit took a late payment hit because I couldn't get an ach transfer through to save my life and conveniently "we can't take debit cards over the phone" which is bs since they've done that for me several times in the past. They blame it on you if someone infiltrates their system. I have had my account poached many times thru their faulty system and they accept zero responsibility! They approved several thousands of dollars of Fraudulent ATM charges in Hollywood, CA while the card was actually be used AT THE SAME TIME legitimately at businesses and hotels in Las Vegas not once but 10 times!!!! They now are "holding my money for further investigation" I am filing a complaint with the Banking Commissioner of colorado!!! Do not use this bank!!!! Another day and still ANB will not return the money that was fraudulently taken by their faulty security' system- DO NIT BANK HERE!!!!
