They did not follow up or inform me of upcoming changes which left me with a lapse in my insurance. I am happy to switch and am saving over $400 in the process. Their systems are antiquated and do not follow up to show you savings or ways you could save. So disappointed and from speaking with Priscilla in their office, she did not care whatsoever for losing the business which shows how much they truly care. If you are looking for a personal touch with a team that supports you, this is not it.

I got in contact with one of their big corporate branches the person that I spoke with said it's even branches and they told me it was each Armstrongs branch that could make that decision. But when I went to another branch they call the Armstrong branch in Gore Oklahoma they said they could not either, Now Armstrong decides to close my account , with my name and my soon to be ex husband. Armstrong let him know that they could not take my name off it . But Armstrong had no problem telling him he could open another bank account because they couldn't not take my name off the account. So all my bills and everything that I paperwork to that account all got it back so I had to pay fees so I hate or something and if anything ever goes about this day to publicly publicly apologize produce bags

I have been negligent in following the common recommendation to shop my insurance every three…read moreyears. An unwelcome rate increase, this year was the prodding I needed to make that happen. I have selected 6 agencies in Broken Arrow to compete. I'm looking for three things: 1. An insurance company that has a good rating by Consumer Reports and or J.D. Powers 2. A local agent that actually shows up for work and can be reached by phone when their assistance is needed and 3. Better rates. Unfortunately, this Farmers Insurance - Stacey Ray agency is the first causality of my selection process. Yesterday I visited the office complex where their suite is located. Lights were on and a small sign hanging on the door handle, proclaimed that they were open. Door handle didn't budge. Locked. I knocked; no answer. 2nd try. Today same routine, nobody at the office, and no indication when they may return. They have many 5-star reviews on Google. I would have liked to give them a try. Thank you, but I already have an agent that is difficult to reach. This agency failed. Five more to go. Follow along for some interesting insight and observations as I whittle the list down. Spike's inessential Commentary and Observations: There is an abundance of insurance agents in the Broken Arrow market. Several representing the same company are located only a few miles from each other. Most are small one-man operations, located in costly offices that are usually vacant. The insurance agent industry must be a very lucrative business with high commissions. Well paying and ample leisure time to keep the golf game sharp and provide an annual vacation to St. Barts, at your expense, hidden in your insurance rate. It may be easier to find an honest politician, than a hard-working insurance agent. The search continues......
