She even brought coffee for those of us who needed it. Yes please! She offered both paper copies and emailing through a secure link. They took over two weeks to make a mistake and we had to immediately fix it for them. No phone call, they sent an email late on Monday saying we had to get them money to them on Tuesday. Their job is supposed to make sure the numbers are correct. They failed. Very poor customer service handling the situation.

The following week, had to make several calls to ask AGAIN. I was told they normally dont give the customer a set of all the things that they just got done signing!??! WHAT? silly you, wanting a copy of all your signed documents. I have done 8 previous real estate transactions and have always gotten completed sets of documents. Very casual and no sense of importance.
