We have been using this bank for years. Recently, we went into the bank and Alex, teller, helped us perform some mundane tasks. He answered our questions in a polite and professional manner. My 90 year old dad was with me and also mentioned how easy and knowledgeable he was. Thank you Alex for your help. If you ever want to teach the Art of Customer Service, you wd be a great instructor! read more
