Unfortunately this branch has regular turnover of staff and they seem to often be understaffed resulting in unanswered phone calls. The drive up ATM has had issues but it seems they are constantly working to update the machine and make it better, it's currently working well. In spite of the staffing issues and occasional unanswered phones this bank is great.

And the only reason we opened the Ravalli account is that the Stevensville branch is not open on Saturdays. I have never had a problem with Clearwater. They have always accommodated us for notary service and any other help needed. Their bill pay is fast and efficient. The payments are usually received by the recipient the next day or two. I have never had trouble with the mobile deposit function or any of the website functions. Sometimes it takes some bad experiences at another CU to realize how good Clearwater is! I"ve used drive through a lot, walked inside the lobby to do things, and the majority are web based. All interactions have been outstanding aside of maybe a few hiccups that were easily sorted out. I've borrowed, had notary service, and consulted regarding debt. I've asked about 2 factor authentication and I'm excited that they're doing it soon. I have another account from a popular bank in town (hamilton) and it is awful compared to RCFCU...website is awful, slow, and the app even worse. Branches have so much turnover and yeah...bad move. Shoulda just used RCFCU only. Anyway, they earned my trust and patronage.
