The salesmen was hard to get in touch with at times but seemed to act on my voicemails at least. They have separate crews for everything so getting people to show up was a small challenge that added about a week to the expected timeframe. Biggest problem was none of them took their trash away (or leftover materials). I was stuck with a truck load of drywall sraps to dispose of myself and filled my trash can with the remainder of the random trash generated by the rest. I would hire again though and just have a dumpster onhand.

I hired this company based on the 5 star rating they had on google. BIG MISTAKE. I got a quote…read morefrom her when i called based on bedrooms, bathrooms and square footage of my home. Told her we'd just purchased and had done some remodeling. We needed a thorough cleaning from all of the construction dust. No problem she said, she gave me a quote we set a date and it was a complete scam. First off they did an absolutely horrible job, all they did was wipe some things down and mop. They didn't clean the fans or the light fixtures that were coated in filth from the scraping of the ceilings, they don't scrub the floors so we were left with paint drippings, dirty baseboards, drywall dust. They cleaned a couple windows on one side only, we have tilt ins and they never bothered to clean the other side of the window. They don't clean up above the cabinets, they don't scrape any paint or dirt off of any surface. THEN she tried jacking the price up and refused to clean upstairs even tho she didn't have to clean any of our bedrooms and only 2 out of the 4 bathrooms i'd told her we had. Waste of hundreds of dollars!!!!

What a top notch company! First class customer service from the very first phone call all the way…read morethrough completion! I called a handful of different companies to provide us a quote on screening in our patio. A couple of them wouldn't call back, and the others would only tell me the materials that they would use and how they would install it. Any sort of customizing outside of what they normally do increased the cost dramatically. When I called Apple Enclosure and explained what we wanted, she told me that the owner would like to schedule an appointment to come out free of charge and look at the project with me so we can discuss all of our options. When Toby arrived, he was very interested in helping us customize the project to achieve what we were looking for. He took the time to explain all of the different options including materials available, different types of screened enclosures and the costs associated with all of them. Once we came up with the idea he told me that he would have a quote to me in the next couple days. The very next morning, he emailed me a detailed quote with everything that we discussed and it was customized to our taste AND cheaper than his competitors! When his crew arrived to start the project, we were surprised at how professional and clean they were. The first day they came in and framed up almost the whole patio and had everything ready to go for the next day when they arrived. The next morning they got right after it and finished it up shortly after lunch. We were very impressed with the professionalism as well as the cleanliness of the install team. They went above and beyond what we expected to make sure that every piece of metal and dust was picked up and swept before they left. The fit, finish and look of their completed work is absolutely astonishing! I'm glad we trusted Toby and his team and will only look to them in the future when needing an enclosure of any type!
