It was right there, clear as day...one of my legs is visibly smaller than the other! It took me 26 years to notice this, and the osteopath a matter of seconds. Needless to say, this visit turned out to be money very well spent. The osteopath (Dr Greig) did a thorough massage and then gave me a number of pointers about how to improve my posture, and various other helpful tips. I now consciously walk and run differently, and I've begun Yoga classes (on her suggestion) which has taught me all kinds of other interesting things about my body, and which I'm sure I will benefit from in years to come.

So far, extremely happy with the service and results. Chace was really great with providing a lot of detail of the treatment, where and how the damage was occurring, and suggestions for exercises and fitness to keep active without further injury. Would definitely recommend. UPDATE: Just a few short months later and I can honestly say I've never been this pain-free. My body has felt out of whack for almost 15 years, but for the first time I feel that the cause of the pain has been addressed. The treatment doesn't involve going in constantly to drain my bank account either, this is long term treatment without the gouging. So happy!

Ever since we have been grateful to Dr Vincent Frank. I took him there because once at a hopspital when my son needed stitches; we waited so long the injury could not be stitched, as his skin shrank away because he had to wait in emergency so long. You want a physio who understands your lifestyle and finds solutions that fit in with it, which is exactly what they did for me here. At the time I was doing a lot of work on my feet that involved lifting things in an awkward way - a physio's nightmare. Rather than unrealistically telling me not to work, they were able to tape my back appropriately and give me some tips to be able to do what I needed to without exacerbating the injury. With some at-home exercises and visits every 7-10 days I got better and was also a little more mindful of what I needed to do to avoid the injury in the future.

There was enough parking along Victoria Street for a short appointment (and great coffee next door). The centre is squeezed in amongst other shops, a simple but clean reception area where we were welcomed and called in less than 10 minutes. Dr Saiqah was female, which pleased my pain fearing daughter, and turned out to be very nurturing, caring and knowledgeable DR.
