It wasn't until we arrived and toured the daycare did she change her mind and say there isn't any availability. This however was not the determining factor on whether or not she wanted our children there. I've missed out on work waiting for her approval just for her to say almost 3 weeks later there was no longer any space. I would not recommend this facility!

It's clear you had strong connections with some of our team members, and we're glad to hear they made a positive impact. We recognize that working in childcare, especially with children who have special needs requires patience, communication, and full attention. While your ability to engage with the children was a strength, being present and receptive to feedback is also essential for ensuring a safe and supportive environment for everyone. Our goal is always to help our team members grow, not to tear them down. Constructive feedback is meant to guide, not discourage, and we hope you'll take the experience as a learning opportunity. We here at LSA wish you the very best in your future endeavors.
