There is amble parking and a huge plus is 2 drive thru lanes one in particular is great because it is unencumbered no height or width restriction because it is on the outside lane to large parking lot if you drive a truck or pulling a trailer you don't need to go inside to do the transaction. Only possible downside is the atm is outside walk up variety, which isn't that bad because it's easily accessible well lit and in a safe area. ( just can't drive up ) The staff is attentive and super friendly which speaks to good management.

The ATM is capable of check and cash deposits and other advanced features. Parking is in a lot with about 6 spaces. There is a drive up window on the side of the building. The tellers are friendly and helpful the few times I've been inside the bank.

This is not the case here. I mismanaged my checking account and had 3 small overdrafts to it in one day, all totaling about $20 in the negative. They charged me $105, $35 for each one. I asked to have it combined into one $35 fee, which I deemed to be fair. They adamantly and rudely refused. I feel like they are worse sharks than big banks. I had to move all my finances to another institution - one that I hope will be fair, have good customer service, and reward customer loyalty. I would not recommend this financial institution to treat you fairly - they want to get as many fees out of you as they can. Trust your money somewhere else.

Customer service line has greater than 30 min wait, zero consistently with answers. They referred us to the local branch where the branch manager displayed horrifying customer service skills. Eli could just answer one single question I had. Every answer was "I'm sorry I don't know". Citizens Bank in desperate need of Customer Service 101 classes. The appropriate answer at anytime would have been "I am so sorry, I don't have the answer but if you give me a few moments I'll find someone who can provide the answer". I could give Example after example from just one days' interactions , but I digress. I spoke with one person out of the 9 I dealt with in 24 hours who was deserving of the position she holds. And I'm sure she's the lowest paid. Just unbelievably horrific experience all-around. Shame on you citizens bank for tolerating this behavior.
