The wait time wasn't an issue. When I picked out a color for my pedicure they didn't carry that color anymore and stated that the nail color palette they had out was out of date. They didn't use a covering for the basin for my pedicure. Unsure how clean the tools were, since they brought them over in a plastic container, not in sterile packaging. I asked for gel nails. I kid you not, this "nail tech" comes over with a an IPhone box lid containing the nail polish....I thought this is it. This is the place we're I'll get an infection and immediately started to think if I had any open wounds on my legs/feet. He proceeds to cut my toenails. This man pops the towel he was using for my feet, and my toenail clippings go into the floor. As for my manicure... I asked for rounded nails. My nails turned out crooked as a jay bird and they're already chipping off 4 days after they were put on. These are SNS nails. The absolute worst manicure I've ever had. I could've just stayed at home and done them myself with dip powder and would have came out better. NEVER coming back here! read more

I'm a guy but I like to be pampered and am a fan of pedicures. I usually go somewhere else but my son and daughter in law bought me a gift certificate to First Nails. I got great treatment and it's actually cheaper than the other place. Plus I was not the only male customer so my presence didn't freak out a bunch of little old ladies. Literally wouldn't recommend this nail salon to anyone. Absolutely terrible, my Acrylic nails are entirely too thick and the gel polish is thick and bubbly. When I asked the guy to reshape my nail he acted irritated with my request and didn't even do what I asked. Waste of $45. Go anywhere but here! read more

they charged me $65 for french tips and we had to wait for an hour to even get our nails done... only 3 people working only one of them could shape and paint your nails! do not recommend! read more

The man who done my nails was rude and told me not to ask questions. I am paying 40$ , I want to know reasonable questions like " is this gel or not " and "does it cost more to have them matte " jerking my hand back and forth and pressing done with the tool that files and shapes the nails so hard it hurts and made me cry . I give them a zero rating for stealing money from someone. I went in to get a pedicure today me and a friend had a mom day finally got a babysitter and time off of work. I had a gift card for $30 it was bought December 11th 2019 says it's good for 6 months. Well since they have been closed for the coronavirus they should have honored the certificate but they didn't . So my aunt that bought me the certificate call up there and asked why they wouldn't do it he says he needed the money for his rent. I did not budget an extra $30 out of my rent or groceries to get my toes done. If someone steals from another person normally they get charged or put in jail so you tell me what the difference is. All the other nail salons are honoring their certificates and now I know and have seen all the bad reviews for this place they have lost a lot of customers and their door should be closed for stealing money for service's they didn't do. read more

I was out of town and thought I would give this place a try. This was probably the slowest service I've ever received at a nail salon and it wasn't because of the amazing service that they provided. I was a walk in client and didn't think to ask how long the wait time would be because there was only a couple of people ahead of me, one for a polish change and the other one was just for a manicure. So I thought maybe 30 to 45 minutes wait time. I waited over an hour before I got to a chair. The guy took me to the chair and told me to wait in the chair. I then asked how much longer I would have to wait and really didn't get a answer just a response if you don't have time you can come back. I guess I should have left at that point but I didn't. Once I got my feet in the water and I guess the staff decided to take lunch in between clients because they disappeared leaving only one person on the floor. I guess because I questioned the time before we started the girl rushed through the pedicure and wasn't going to do my manicure and when I asked about it she seemed to have an attitude and started speaking in her language which meant to me she was talking about me. I would highly suggest making an appointment at this place unless you have lots of time to hangout or like spending your day in a nail salon for an average pedicure/ manicure. Lesson learned...if it's your first time and you have no clue what kind of service you are going to get ask about the wait time. Went in to have ONE tip on a nail I had broken into the quick. First the tech?? tried to give me a $50 job, kept trying to make her understand. Finally the manager?? told her what I wanted. She put the tip on and while it was drying, got a very abrasive file and did my other nail. Told her NO, TIP ONLY....needless to say, she did not stop until she had did all my nails. Then charged me $8 for a $3 tip. I had to literally REFILE all my ends since they were so rough, and had to file down the tip she put on because it was lop-sided......never going there again.... read more
