She initially helped us sell my fiance's house and we got more than we were asking for, I'm sure at least in part, thanks to her. She set us up with a Stager that really helped ( and also recommended bar keepers friend which I swear by now). Then after a month or two she helped us find our new house. She clearly asked us what we wanted and scheduled us to go see houses that we were interested in right away. She never took more than a couple of minutes to answer texts on her phone and always had a smile on her face. For me, it was very overwhelming to buy a house for the first time, and Jen was super cool with it. She explained everything and gave us great advice.
