I came to register the vehicle and get new plates for a used car that I just bought. I was not able to get new plates because I didn't have enough money at the time and they were about to close so I was running out of time. But Joshua was so very patient and helped me out. My mom was acting up and being intense, which made me upset and Joshua had to deal with all the madness. He was incredibly patient and tried his best to help me out. He was able to register my vehicle and set me up with appointments for the plates and other processes, I was really grateful for him. I noticed one of the coworkers next to him seemed annoyed by us, she didn't do anything at all to help him though and he seemed pretty new at this job and I wonder if this is how they roll here, he seemed like he could have used some help, but she seemed like ready to check out. Thank you Joshua you had the patient of a saint. Needless to say I have my plates and all documents needed, and thankfully it all went very well.
