When I showed up, I was told I needed an appointment even though there were a lot of staff and no customers on site. In terms of currency, I asked for small bills and came back several days later to pick up my order. They gave me larger denominations despite my specific for smaller bills. All my deposits for the dozen accounts I work with are handled quickly and correctly. I've seen them interact with other business folks and am thoroughly impressed with the group. Typical bank mart for a grocery in they have a atm next to a couple teller windows and they usually have longer hours so that makes it nice. Every visit I've ever had here the workers are super nice, knowledgeable and speedy. Very good customer service at this location. Overall, I enjoy when my bank ha locations inside grocery stores as it is very convenient to process some banking needs while out grocery shopping especially with the later banking hours.

I needed to transfer some money and the first woman I spoke with was very pleasant, but when I had some questions a man came to the window and was quite disrespectful. He acted like I was stupid for having questions about my account. He told me to "hurry" filling out my withdraw/deposit slips because there were "other customers waiting in line" (one car that had pulled up just moments before). I felt that because I am a twenty-something who looks young for my age, he was dismissive of my needs, and unconcerned with my business. I'm sure that if he had seen someone my dad's age at the window, he would not have suggested they "hurry up." I like this bank and have never had any problems before but with disrespectful tellers, I'm not sure how they expect to keep people's business.
