Every time over the few occasions I would visit every few months, Amber possessed terribly rude customer service skills and never truly helped me. I would have to seek guidance from the other employees I knew were experienced. However, now I've only been able to deal with Amber and I don't like being rude but let's just say she is the one and only reason I'm leaving Wilson's. I would advise to avoid the location she works at because you won't get the help you're looking for.

They never paid me the fees that I was due and there was a $100 charge to a customer where the machine locked up and was not amended. I paid it out of pocket. After attempting to contact them as to when they were returning with the machine, there was zero answer or response. I finally did reach someone who said that they did not find the traffic enough for their trouble, had never intended on returning, and they would post the payment due me ($1 per transaction) that week. Months later, I haven't received the payment.. They never paid me a dime, even though they made plenty off of my business and my electricity, and left huge bolts sticking up out of my floor through the now destroyed tiles. Use at your own risk.
