When I called "my" broker is always out of the office and took forever returning phone calls if they did at all. Moreover, even after calling to get things sorted out with my insurance I still got a letter from the insurance company threatening to cancel my insurance. Only after I switched companies and called to cancel did they attempt to work to reinstate my insurance. Sorry you already lost my business and I'll be sure to tell everyone I know to avoid you like the plague. If I could score less than 1 star I would.

It has little to do with the couple hundred bucks difference in insurance quotes and much more to do with a lack of professionalism. Twice the agent I was dealing with failed to call back and follow up with me, and despite having computer problems on her end, never took the initiative to call me and advise me she did not receive emails of important scanned documents. Lazy, careless service, I was so unimpressed as a customer of many years. There's more than a few reasons that none of my family deals with Adanac anymore.

I was appointed a new agent 2 years ago, and she never even bother to meet me in person! When I asked to make an appointment she said oh, just pop in! I have insured with them 5 cars, house, business truck and business liability! I finally had enough after my daughter was hit by car as pedestrian, and I never, ever received any info from them! When I asked, they said deal with other insurance, the one their insurer hit your daughter! What a joke of business they are! I switched to another broker, and I am treated with respect and I saved $1700 annually!!! Did I forget to tell that my insurance was going EVERY year a huge chunk regardless my SPOTLESS driving record, loyalty and driving experience (30 years) and multiple vehicle and house!!!! I was going to give them ZERO stars, but no option for that, it's minimum 1 star to write review. I hope they will go out of business soon, as they deserve it, money grabbing, unprofessional, careless, ignorant people! Good riddance, Adanac
