I asked for thin highlights but was left with thick, unflattering and in some places grey highlights. I complained but was told they only thing they could do was fit me in with the same girl again which I declined. I have been to another salon who have confirmed far too much bleach has been put on my hair and it is now very damaged. Several weeks later I've had no choice but to have it dyed back dark.

She foiled my hair which was fine.. but then left the foils on for over HOUR. foils should NOT be left on for over 45 mins max! and she used the strongest bleach. While the foils were being taken out i could see the highlights were WHITE blonde, my hair did not need to be lifted half this light! damaged my hair more then it needed. I could see while i was sat in the chair my blonde bits were literally snapping off :( i didnt even say anything as i was so upset. I had spend a year growing at my hair no bleach and no coloring and i had expressed this too her so much at the start that i really wanted minimal damaged (which they should do anyway). I also left which my hair still abit damp and it was so frizzy :( when it wasnt like that before. Too make it even worse after 3/4 weeks the highlights looked disgusting, i dont know if it was because the semi permanent colour she put on my highlights had washed out, but it was horrible. Also the junior who washed my hair started brushing it while it was soaking wet starting at the TOP of my head literally dragging the brush through it!! what the hell!! so my already snapping hair was just coming out! i even had to say too her can you brush my hair from the bottom please as i couldnt watch her break my hair even more. avoid
