I've not had to enter the routing or account number in YEARS. They continually try to say it was me or the place that sent the pymt and yet they show they sent the same exact data as they have in previous years. Now, it's a shoulder shrug.

At that time the bank was named "Western Bank & Trust". When my children were born and turned 6 months of age my parents opened up savings accounts for them. It was an awesome thought as grand parents and great grandparents deposited money into those accounts for birthdays, Christmas, and special occasions. They were also able to purchase savings bonds at ease for my kids. The savings bonds matured and so did my awesome kids lol. I've kept a Safety Deposit Box at this location which I have had for over 30 years. I have NEVER had any issues or discrepancies with any of our accounts. They are extremely helpful and offer great customer service via phone or in person. I can't compare them to other larger banks as I only bank here. So of course I would recommend them.
