If you want to make an online purchase for more than $200 then you can forget about that going through and then they just turn your card off leaving you screwed!!! I will never do business with Cedar Point ever again.

I used my Visa card to purchase this. On May 19th, I emailed the company asking when I could expect a shipping notice for this item. On May 31st, I emailed the company and mentioned that I had yet to receive any more information from them and that since they had not contacted me regarding shipping, I wanted a refund of the $140.99. I also went on their online website and posted two times that I wanted a refund of $140.99. ( on August 14 I filed a complaint with Complaints(Scams).gov, and MD consumer complaints) On June 1st, I filed A complaint with Cedar Point Federal Credit Union and a constructive team member Adriana. I continued emailing Davis HomeGoods on June 19th on the website. June 30th, I followed up with another e-mail on the website. On July 5th, I also took this opportunity to do some Internet sleuthing and found out that Davis HomeGoods was based in New Delhi, India, so I called the number on-site at 816-639-1059. A man answered the phone. I asked if this was Davis Home Goods, and he said he had yet to learn who that was. I ask again, Are you sure this is not Davis Home Goods? This is on the website for Davis Home Goods. He said you have the wrong number. On July 12th, I got an e-mail from someone called Darius, who claimed to be the manager of Davis HomeGoods and mentioned that he had received my request for a refund and would be processing that as soon as possible on August 2nd. I also sent another e-mail to this man Darius from our previous conversation and told him I had yet to receive the refund and requested to know when that would be processed. I then went to the online web store again and found it had been removed. No refund No product. In the meantime, I followed up with Cedar Point Federal Credit Union several times, trying to find out if Visa had gotten back with them since the day I filed the claim on June 1st. I called them on June 19th, June 30th, on July 5th. I asked them what I had found out, and they asked me if Visa had asked me to find that information out. I said no I was then told to hold on and wait for the visa's response. I called back on July 14th on July 24th. I have requested a refund from Cedar Point Federal Credit Union several times. CPFCU still claims they can not do anything about the refund as VISA is looking into it. The National Credit Union Association has refused to help and now the CFBP has closed the case so do not use your Cedar Point Federal Credit Union Card to pay for anything online. They clearly do not back their customers.
