I was looking at an item and asked if it had a case. One of the employees went and looked for a case and said there was one that almost fit it, but not really. I asked if I could see it. Actually it was the matching factory case labeled for this guitar. Someone didn't put on the tag it had a case and it fit like a glove. The employee made an honest mistake. But it was a silly one and another employee missed labeling the case. Tammy was a lady who worked there and at one point while I was by myself she asked if I needed help and I said yeah, an employee said there was a case but it didn't fit and I wanted to take a look at it. She acted like she was unwilling to go it and kind of said you'll have to find someone else. And then started dealing with next person in line even though I had waited through line first. The manager Jose was unwilling to even give a 2% discount on an over $100 item that had had been there nearly a year. He was standoffish and seemed insulted I asked about a 2% discount and started walking away. Overall I got the item but I didn't feel good about visiting the store or dealing with about any of the employees and manager. They all need way more people skills and general training.
