My parners and I love US bank online for all of our personal and business use! The complete incompetence in Sindy the bank manager has us starting the procedures to move all 7 of our business (Between us) and 6 personal accounts and investments to another bank. 100 percent of the time Cindy gets involved with something as easy as a deposit and or other transfers they get completely messed up. I have never had to deal any business with someone that is so (in my eyes) incompetent. I know all this is my opinion, but I have never, not even once had an easy transaction when she gets involved. I wish I could understand how she is not under complete surveillance and training from her supervisors. I do not recall ever having an issue of any sorts when the other tellers serve us. All the other tellers are polite and knowledgeable when serving us. We would love to stay but with so many issues, I cannot see that happen.

The Grand Forks KodaBank is nothing but awful. The two ladies McKenna and Roz have the absolute…read moreworst customer service. Along with that they feel the need to argue even when they make the mistake of giving the wrong amount of money making it very difficult to go to this branch for anything. KodaBank also refused to give me a straight answer when trying to leave any type of complaint or to get my voice heard. This is especially hard when after multiple attempts any management is supposedly busy while I am the only customer in the building. Even when it comes to simple help with my account over the phone it takes being put on hold for long periods of time or transferred to receive any help. Lastly it disappointed me to learn that this bank has in the past felt the need to look into customers accounts and share that confidential information with others. Plain and simple I would highly recommend staying as far away from this bank as possible.
