An absolutely stress free office compared to the tense govt environment of the DPS office to take a road test. They also offered a mock test prior to the road test to pinpoint some errors my son was making prior to testing. Call ahead to see what forms and certificates you'll need prior and come prepared. My son was gone long enough to come through the door ecstatic with a pass! Happy kid! They sealed and packaged up the forms for us. Now off back to the DPS to finish the paperwork to drive legally. It's hard to fail the adults 6 hour course since the owner's power point highlights the key information needed to pass the test at the end of the course. Passed 1st try. The only thing I would like to see added are visual representations, maybe something some scenarios could be demonstrated physically with toy cars or simulated with an animation. Took my daughter in for a 3rd party driving test since the DPS is closed. WORST IDEA EVER. The girl scheduled before her was failed for going 44 in a 40. She failed my daughter and rudely told her she needed "professional help" and told us to sign her up for their courses. She lied about the activities during the test (said she was going 50 in a 40, that she ran through multiple T intersections when they only encountered one, that she stopped at, etc) insisted that we did not purchase the correct parent taught curriculum (which we did, we have done this before with our older daughter), became somewhat belligerent, threw her hands up and said "maybe that's what they are doing now, I DON'T KNOW!" My daughter was in tears. Do not take your child here for a third party road test. Wait for the DMV or find somewhere else. It was $100, traumatizing for my daughter and frustrating for us. Came here for my driving test along with my twin and mother. Before I took my first test, I asked the person at the front desk a driving question about stopping before stop signs vs the white line, and she should she couldn't answer me. I wish that had been more of a red flag. On the first test I was failed for going too far into the other lane during an area where I should have done two left turns, and did a U-turn because she said to do a U-turn and not to just turn around or make two left turns. She specifically says to do what you tell you, and I was told to not change lanes without her telling me. My sister failed because she got too many minor mistakes. Ok, whatever. We got unlucky, and we'll improve. We go back to retest two weeks later, with a lot more practice, feeling good. We both perform much better and get a very good score. I am failed for going through a yellow light that changed when I was about two car-lengths from the light. My sister was failed for hitting a curb at the start she did not even feel herself hit. This place is a family scam-run business . It is 100$ for the first test as a third-party, and 20$ for each additional test. Reasonable numbers, right? Google reviews seem ok at first, and then you realize it's almost complete 5 star and 1 star reviews, and that all the five-star reviews have taken their coarse which they push you to take very hard after failing your test for some reason. All the one-star reviews are parent-taught drivers, like myself, who were failed for seemingly made-up reasons, or the silliest things ever. I highly recommend you read those reviews. We were a bit frusterated with the way we were treated. They are rude, ignore you, and are constantly complaining and playing victim to whoever calls them, saying they're overwhelmed. The women who taught us throws her hands up whenever we ask her a question about the test, and says we need more practice, and that she doesn't know to things she should. You are constantly pushed to take their course, and they push you that you need to get 100 hours of driving, even though you only need 30 legally. They make you feel like you're in the wrong no matter what, and you feel awful all the time. We'll be going to DMV, because this place is even worse than that hell-hole. I will be making sure to look more into things such as this in the future. read more

We were extremely disappointed with First Class Driving School. It certainly does not reflect its name. Instead of going to the DMV, which is known for rudeness and long lines, we decided to go to a third party business for my daughter to take her driving test. I have driven with her and given her instruction for the past 6 months and we both felt that she was fully prepared for the driving exam. One would think that when paying $100. the instructor would at least be professional and courteous. She was demeaning, rude, spoke in an abrupt and brusque tone to myself as well as my daughter. Even though Katie parallel parked perfectly on the first try (instructor said this herself) she nitpicked everything else Katie did. Katie is only 4'11" and must adjust the seat to be close to the steering wheel in order for her feet to reach the pedals. The instructor said in a demeaning and brusque tone, "You mean to tell me that you don't know how to operate this vehicle." She said this when Katie was unable to get the steering wheel to lengthen or shorten due to the fact that the car is a basic Honda CRV and does not have that feature. The instructor reached across Katie grazing her leg with her arm and tried to adjust the steering wheel but of course she couldn't because the basic Honda does not have the telescoping steering wheel! In addition, the instructor's cell phone beeped several times which was very distracting. She should have silenced her cell phone before starting the exam. Unfortunately, we did not look at Yelp before paying the $100. and did not know until the end of the day that they had failed two other girls that a friend of mine knows. I guess that is the way they make their money! We will go back to the DMV. The employees there are looking quite good after what we experienced today! read more

Do not call! Rude, unprofessional! Scheduled driving test and specifically asked to use our own car. They agreed and stated using their car would an require additional fee. We arrived on time and waited 30 minutes after scheduled time. Taking your drivers test costs $80 the first time and $20 each additional time. When it was our turn, the owner/examiner called and was put on speaker phone. She was screaming over the phone for the office to hear and refused to do the exam in our car. She stated she was having severe hip pain. We went downstairs to talk to her where she proceeded to call my daughter and I "cry babies". She eventually agreed to do the test we had scheduled and paid for. This outburst by the examiner/owner obviously affected my daughter. How professional is it to set off a teenager prior to putting through a test?!? It came as no surprise my daughter failed the first time (by 2 points). She was a nervous wreck after being yelled at! She retook the test 3 days later and passed with no problem with a different instructor. read more

Horrible. Rude, unprofessional, and threatened to not give my son his completed certificate even though he finished the course. Tried to make me pay for an accident--$800 for a tire and extras on a 10+ year old car while she was supervising his driving. My second son went to Sears and it was wonderful. read more
