I will remove my review and not take further action if someone contacts me to remedy this situation. Keith came out this morning and did a horrible job on my windshield replacement and damaged my car. He told the lady at the front desk he would come back out and he never did and now none of them will answer their phones or respond even though my texts to him show as read. He got globs of black glue on the inside right of my windshield which was a very sloppy job to the point the inside trim that was damaged doesn't even fit back on it and is bulging out because there's so much glue globbed on there. He sliced my interior trim along my windshield on the left and got black glue all of the one on the right. These are $170 to replace with shipping and tax. I also want my check returned that my husband gave him today before we saw all of this damage. They also replaced with a different mopar windshield than what I had and won't send me the mopar info on the windshield they removed. Run away from this company! Unprofessional and will damage your car and ghost you. They claim they provide a warranty on their card but good luck with getting them to honor anything. They also didn't reinstall my cover on my rear view mirror. It fell off when I was driving today. I have a video that shows the sloppy work that as done as well but I can't upload here. read more

They were the nicest people ever. Was a local family owned company and the tech was at my house the next day. Was able to get a free quote from their website and book the appointment. They called a few minutes later to verify info and ask if wanted tinted rear glass. I saved hundreds compared to other companies. And they were able to do my husband's recalibration of the ADAS camera on site after the replacement. They actually have hundreds of 5 star reviews on google. And only one 1 star from which looks to be a 'Karen' customer. So it's to bad they dont have more 5 star customers on here. But I'll just say, give them a call and you will be as happy as me! Oh and back their work with a lifetime warranty. Will definitely recommend to everyone! Such a great value at such a low cost read more

Keith was great!!! Best price around and was very helpful looking at other vehicles of mine. He even cleaned one of my other car's windshield and did a chip repair on it just to be helpful. Best experience I've had with a company in quite awhile, definitely a great guy! read more

My car started to misfire. I was nervous because I wasn't familiar with my surroundings. I was far from my mechanic and I didn't know if I would be able to make it home. I didn't know if I should drive it with the check engine light on or have it towed. So the owner of the shop walked out. He checked my oil, added a little to my car then hooked it to the machine to conduct a diagnostic check. He gave me the diagnosis and I was able to make an informed decision. This shop doesn't just work on Subaru vehicles. They're a certified Subaru repair shop; but they're familiar with ALL vehicles. They don't do engine work but can do fantastic body work. You get great value when you visit and they work directly with insurance companies that is extremely helpful. I learned a lot and love the southern hospitality. You can't beat certain things about the south. I appreciate their concern with my car and I just happened to be there. Blessings come in all sorts of ways!
